Question 1) Its possiable he likes you, but theres only one way to find out, go 4 it !!
2) When i guy says I love you, he means it.
Guys find it hard to show there emotions and normal tease & annoy you for atention, its so stupid and very annoying xp scream

Why can boys such stupid jerks an sooo insensitive to gurl feelings??? i have a penpal from a jail not far from me he only has 18 months left til he gets out and over the past few weeks his letters have started to change from basic to lovey dovey-ish.....like he's now putting hearts on them and writing the word 'love' alot.
I plan on meeting up with him as he's become a good mate through the letters but my question is.... is he only after sex or is he keen to start something?? heart crying

Do you want to start something? If so, then just ask him if he's interested in you that way, because sometimes it's hard to read emotions in letters. The best way to make sure he doesn't just want you for sex though would just be don't have sex with him. If he really cares, he won't mind.
And meet him in a public place and make sure someone you trust knows where you are!

Teasing cause they like you only happens in Elementary school. If they like you, they'll act nice to show that. Guys WILL bullshit you to get in your pants. If you can be in a relationship with a guy with out sex and you both are happy, and he says he loves you, than it's true. And yes, go for it if you think he likes you, just don't step too far and find out he has a girlfriend and end up only embarrassing yourself and making a new enemy. It never hurts to be too conscious in High School. I'm a Junior in high school, I would know.

Xcolorful_kitten_foreverX If they ask if you like them, what does that mean? xp Usually that's a huge hint they like you, and they might make you want to wonder if they do, just to send the thought out there. Answer truthfully -- Don't lead them on if you don't, tell him you think of him as a great friend and prefer to keep it that way.
