This is where Kuchiki Rukia and Abarai Renji are from. This place, is of less quality than District 1. Here children steal from vendors and live in shacks. Its not considered to be a very nice place to live.

i think its amazing rukia and renji grew up here.they are amazing soul reaper[ps if i spell anything wrong its okay i havn't read the books in a long time k]
