I am serious dont read look at this unless you have read Eleveth Grade Burns!
So what do you think about the very end when he sees, or think he sees his dad? Do you think he really did see him or do you think it was some one else, or just his imagination? question

Got me waiting for the last book. I'm not really sure but why would Tomas pretend he was dead and letting Vlad go through everything with just Otis.

To be honest... I have no idea what Auntie Heather is cooking up. I'm not to sure its Tomas. I mean... Vlad saw charred remains so unless they were dummies and Vlad's parents escaped... they're pretty dead. Tomas may be a vampire but you can't unburn. Tomas was nothing but charred remains which means he was dead. I don't think Vlad was seeing things either. He might have seen a vampire that either looked like his father or at first he mistook him for his father. I don't really know. Can't wait for the next book to find out what.

Here's what I think: The 4th book replays the scence of Vlad’s parents’ death in Vlad’s head. They supposedly died in a fire that was mysteriously contained to their bedroom. The book made it seem like their bodies are all ashes. What if Vlad’s dad planned the whole thing? After Vlad turned their alarm off it seemed like the perfect time to go run away. He woke the wife up and he somehow got a bunch of ashes and arranged them in the shape of people. That might take a while, but Vlad was at school so that was alright. Then he lit the room on fire and everything else happened. He stopped the fire before it got to the rest of the house.
Why did he do this? Because that way it would look like he and his wife were dead, even to their own son. That would protect the entire family. But now that Vlad’s going to be killed by the council he had to come out of hiding to save his son, which explain how he‘s alive. As for Vlad’s vision near the end of the 4th book, there are vampires fighting humans. No NORMAL human would be able to hold their own against a vampire. But I’m pretty sure a Slayer can. The Slayers came to wipe out the town as it was mentioned in the book. The vampires came to kill Vlad, and now his father also. Vampires and Slayers fight. A bunch of people get killed. Somehow there’s a happy ending. YAAAAAAAAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
