Human Name: Feliks Łukasiewicz ('Wook-a-shye-veech')
Birthday: November 11th
Appearance: This very fashion-conscious 19 year old has shoulder length light blonde hair, which he insists is the perfect length for pigtails. Caucasian skin, green eyes, and immaculate nails. His military uniform consists of a green suit, tan boots, and the occasional matching capelet. His casual wear varies from day to day, ranging from a button-up and slacks to a girl’s school uniform.
Personality: Feliks is a cheerful and seemingly goofy man. He comes off as air-headed and unintelligent, mainly due to his strange hobbies and his ‘Valley Girl’-esque accent. Somewhat selfish, he can be rather forceful with his opinions. It is hard for others to get to know him, because he has a fierce anxiety towards strangers and is quite shy. However, once he gets to know someone, he will never let go! It’s not hard for other nations to take advantage of him, because he’s often short-sighted and impulsive. Despite all this, he is a very resilient country, often being described by others as a phoenix.
Hobbies and Interests: Cross-dressing is his favorite hobby. He loves anything and everything to do with fashion. He is an animal-lover, and has a pony stable at his home. He loves to eat, as long as someone else is making the food for him. His least favorite thing is work. He cares a lot about his appearance, and spends hours daily making sure he looks presentable. He will bluntly point out others’ fashion faux pas’.
Brief History: Feliks was once a super nation who, along with Lithuania, controlled most of Middle and Eastern Europe during the Middle Ages. This lasted until Poland was partitioned and annexed by Russia in the end of the 18th Century.
During World War I, the Allies helped Poland regain independence from Russia. Freedom for Feliks was short-lived, however, because during World War II, Poland’s land was split between Germany and Russia. Poland once again gained independence in 1952, after World War II had ended. Since then, Feliks has been thriving, gaining membership in the European Union in 2003.
Religion: Roman Catholic
Relationships:
Lithuania – Feliks’ closest friend and long-time partner. He often refers to him as Liet. During the time that they were partitioned, Feliks worried a lot about Lithuania’s well-being; once they had again gained independence, Poland became super clingy toward Liet. After seeing the bruises and scars on Liet’s back, he has become very protective of Lithuania when Russia is around.
Russia – Russia and Poland have been at odds since the 1600s, when Poland captured Russia’s capital, Moscow. Together with Prussia and Austria, Russia took revenge by partitioning Poland. Years later, Russia once again partitioned Feliks, this time with Germany. Their relationship has only gotten worse since then. Poland isn’t really intimidated or afraid of Russia.
Prussia – Poland let Prussia move in with him for a while after he was kicked out of Hungary’s house. All they did was argue and piss each other off. Poland is sore at Prussia for his help in Poland’s partitioning. He often goes to annoy Prussia for no reason.
N. Italy – Poland has known North Italy since they were kids. They maintain a good relationship even though Italy was an Axis Power, and Feliks often goes to visit Italy.
Others – At the moment, Poland’s relationships with Russia’s sisters, Belarus and Ukraine, aren’t very good. He has refused to trade with either of them, and won’t let them into his country without permission.

 Repiblik SeselNation:Republic of Seychelles (say-shel)
Human Name: Angelique Chevaler
Birthday:June 29th
Appearance:(we'll say she's about 18 because her age is unknown) This 18 year old girl wears a bright blue dress and strappy white sandals. She has light brown skin to represent the fact that none of her inhabitants are indigenous to the land. She has dark brown below the shoulder length hair that she ties into pigtails with red ribbons. Her eye color is light brown. The only other out fit she has been seen in is her Gakuen school uniform. She is often seen with a some sort of fish because her economy depends on fishing for a source of income, also their coat of arms has two sword fish on it so this could also be a contributing factor. (btw for those of you who didn't know, Seychelles is made up of 115 islands in the Indian Ocean)
Personality:Seychelles is described as a country girl with too big of a heart and some sloppiness. She can't cook on her own, and laments over her high cost of living. Her language is an odd mixture of French, English, and many others.
Hobbies and Interests:(I got this off of a website that has information on popular Seychellian hobbies since not much is known about the Hetalia Seychelles) Her hobbies include music, playing video games, seeing movies, reading, taking photos, and animals.
Brief History: France began to take control of the islands starting in 1756. The islands were named after Jean Moreau de Séchelles, Louis XV’s Minister of Finance. Britain contested control over the islands with France between 1794 and 1810. France declined to resist when armed enemy warships arrived. Instead, he successfully negotiated the status of capitulation to Britain. Britain eventually assumed full control upon the surrender of Mauritius in 1810. Independence was granted in 1976, as a republic within the Commonwealth.
Religion:Roman Catholic and Anglican
Relationships:
France-In the Gakuen Hetalia universe, it is revealed (via flashback) that he helped raise her as a child, while in the present day he carries a strong affection for her and attempts to undress and grope her, much to her shock and embarrassment, apparently desperate to see what her body has become like. PRINCIPALITY OF SEALAND
Nation: Sealand
Name: Peter Kirkland
Birthday: September 2nd
Appearance: Peter has blue eyes, blond hair, and thick eyebrows. He usually wears a white and blue sailor outfit, consisting of a white shirt with a blue collar, blue capris, a blue hat, white knee socks, and black Mary Janes.
Personality: Peter is very ambitious and mischievous, but can be considered annoying. He believes that he is a nation and belongs in the meetings, but no one accepts him there, so he is sent home.
Hobbies and Interests: Peter likes watching cartoons, going on the internet, and trying to get into the meetings.
Brief History: Sealand was created as a fort of the coast of England during World War II. In 1975, the Bates family introduced a constitution, a flag, and other national icons. There was an attempted takeover in 1978, but it backfired on the invaders, who were held as prisoners of war.
Religion: Undecided
Relationships:
England- Peter's "older brother" of which he declared Sealand's independence after England said he did not want it. Peter often refers to him as "Jerk England."
Sweden- Became Peter's "adoptive father" after buying him off the internet.
Latvia- A friend of Peter, and their friendship grew by the fact that they are both small nations who do not get as much respect as the others.
Iceland- Peter found Iceland trying to auction himself off online, just as Peter had done, so he tried to become friends with him and to help him.APPROVED!

Bosna i Hercegovina 
Name: Emir Metikoš
Birthday: November 25th
Appearance: Bosnia is 20 years old, with medium-length chestnut hair and hazel eyes. He usually wears a olive green suit, white shirt, and black tie, all of which are wrinkled. He also wears black combat boots and a black belt. His casual wear consists of brown pants, a long-sleeve white shirt, and a brown vest. Bosnia’s bellybutton represents Neum, the only costal town in his country.
Personality: Bosnia’s personality is a little wacky. He loves to sing and dance, and would much rather do that then any actual work. He’s a little naïve, and its easy for other countries to make fun of him. He has a very laidback attitude, unless it comes to his wife, Herzegovina. It’s easy for Bosnia to speak his mind.
Hobbies and Interests: Bosnia’s hobbies are watching sports, eating, fishing, smoking, and swearing. He loves food, his favorites being ćevapi and somun.
Brief History: Bosnia has been ruled numerous times, by Turkey and the Ottoman Empire, Austria and Hungary with the Austro-Hungarian empire, and has been part of the Federation of Yugoslavia. He finally gained independence from Yugoslavia in 1992, after which ethnic fighting broke out in his country. Bosnia is still working to unite his citizens.
Religion: Muslim and Orthodox
Relationships:
Herzegovina – Bosnia’s partner and wife. Tatjana stays at home and deals with internal affairs while Bosnia is out representing their country internationally. Despite their marriage, they haven’t really gotten along ever since the Federation of Yugoslavia split up. She’s more like a scolding mother to him than a wife.
Turkey – Bosnia became good friends with Turkey when he was ruled by the Ottoman Empire. He sees him as a big brother and loves to visit him.
Hungary and Austria – Emir has a slightly rocky relationship with Austria and Hungary, ever since they invaded him and made him part of the Austro-Hungarian empire. The three of them have been getting along better as of late.APPROVED!

Appearance:Annie has eyes that are a similar color to Arthur's only darker. Annie has dark brown hair with a light red tinge to it and it's often kept loose. Her military uniform is a dark green shirt with matching pants, black boots, and a black beret.
Personality: Annie is a a kind yet rough around the edges kind of girl. She loves her older brother Arthur very much, even though they've never met in person. Annie is also related to Sealand, but she has never met him either. She tries her best to stop her twin Northern Ireland from sending curses to England. She also has a sharp tongue and often tends to curse, although it's not is often as Arthur. Annie also has hallucinations of fairies. Annie has a love for cute things also, she'll often be seen looking in shop windows that sell cute toys, foods, and others.
Hobbies and Interests:Annie enjoys taking walks in the cool crisp Irish air during the early morning. She doesn't seem like it but she's a very heavy drinker; almost to the point of passing out after ranting aimlessly about nothing. Annie also enjoys swimming.
Brief History:Ireland was first just a patchwork of Celtic tribes but there was Roman influence. Ireland, after suffering from famine due to deadly potato mold from America, formed a union with Great Britain. Ireland then became independent from Britain after getting the Anglo-Irish treaty signed.
Religion:Catholic
Relationships:
England-Ireland wasn't there to help England when he was being terrorized by Northern Ireland. She now tries to make up for it by supporting his decisions and spending time with him
Sealand-Ireland has never met him either but hopes she can get along with him and help him grow.
Others-Ireland doesn't know many nations so she looks forward to every E.U. meeting.
