((This is my attempt at a villain. Jutsus will be added later. This is up for review and criticism. Tell me what you think))

At birth, his family was to be destined for doom. The elder foresaw a betrayal and blamed Raikou's family. So they were exiled from the village and forced to become nomads. Raikou's father was furious with how things happened and would beat Raikou when he was 5 till age 10. At age 10, Raikou fled from the abuse and set out on his own. He stumbled upon a small village a couple miles away and was able to take refuge there.
10 years later...(20 years old)
Now the ripe age of 20, Raikou was old enough to fight in the war, and also able to learn the way of the shinobi. Finding the elder of the small village, Raikou was denied access to learn their ways and was told to leave the village. Being rejected from the place he called home for ten years. With rage building inside him, he thrusts his arms out from his body, hearing a buzz from his hands. Raikou was confused about what was happening, the buzz increased and light formed around his hands and with a loud crackle like from a lightning strike, the two buildings were demolished. Raikou had created a lightning bolt from his hands and destroyed two buildings. Raikou packed his belongings and fled to the wilderness to harness this power.
5 years later...(25 years old)
Raikou's life was off to a rough start, being banished from his home village at birth, being beaten as a child and forced to leave on his own, to being told to leave from the place he called home for ten years. Raikou wanted to become stronger, to defeat all that reject him. For the past five years, Raikou trained his body to harness lightning and to be able to channel it through various parts of his body. He called himself, Raiijin the Lightning god, he also trained a weasel to be his companion and to also be able to harness lightning. The weasel only responds to the name Raiju. Raikou created many moves and attacks but he felt that he was missing something, so he heads out to find a village.
Raikou finds a small village and the villagers hail him as a god. They say that he is the chosen one and dresses him in royal clothing.
Royal appearance:
While being treated as their god, Raikou learned more of his power from the village elder. Upon learning everything he needed and wanted to learn. He succeeded to the position of Kage and put the small village on the map. The Raiijin village named in his honor by all the villagers.
5 years later...(30 years old)
Raikou settled into his new royal life. Being treated as a god, and being the Kage. What more could he ask for? One day a strange group of men entered the small village and asked to see their Kage, the guards took the bait and let them in. Raikou talked to the men, Raiju growled the whole time, knowing that something was not right. The group of men performed strange hand signs and the ground began to shake. Raikou and Raiju were thrown across the room and the group of men vanished. On the wall wrote, "We are the Righteous, we see that you are just a mere man and no god. Tell your people the truth or we will burn the village to the ground". Raikou was in a bind, tell the village the truth or they will all die...
Raikou couldn't tell them the truth but when they showed up to destroy the village, he challenged them. But one-on-one, he knew that he had to do it this way or he will be overwhelmed. The fight began and Raikou began with charging his palms and Raiju formed lightning in his mouth. Raikou called this formation, the lightning blitz, Raiju ran towrads the tallest of all the men and he vaished in a puff of smoke. While Raikou ran towrds the shortest of the men, forcing his palms into the middle of his chest. The lightning burst from his hands and the man vanished in a puff of smoke. Three members are left, Raikou is still fired up and ready to fight the remaining members. Raiju and Raikou charge up again, Raiju then jumps on Raikou's left arm and his mouth faces the enemies. With a bolt of lightning coursing through Raiju's moth, it fires sporadically and hits the three members and they vanish. The threat seemed to be gone, but it was far from over. A cloaked man appeared out of nowhere behind Raikou and with a firm fist, he punched Raikou in the back and took Raiju and vanished.
10 years later....(40 years old)
From the age 35 to 40, his past is unknown and why he became bent on killing. Some say that he was rejected again and went over the edge and killed the villagers that once worshiped the ground he walked on. Or maybe he just thought one day that he wanted to the a villain. Its hard to tell.

Since Raiju was stolen and he was proclaimed dead by his village, it continued to thrive and Raikou visited often, each with a new disguise. The Raiijin village became strong and it needed no help. Raikou needed to find himself and without distraction he would be able to find it. Raikou went to a village southwest of Raiijin village, it was called the Washi clan. The village was simple, small, and tranquil. Raikou said his name was Shi No Tenshi in this village, he looked off into the small village and spotted a boy. Blonde hair and bright blue eyes, he had promise and a power about him. Raikou then felt a great pain in his back and Raikou's eyes turned a crimson red and lightning flared from his body. Bolts fired left and right and soon the village was on fire. Raikou fled the seen and as he left, he saw the boy with blonde hair with tears streaming down his face. The young boy left in the opposite direction of Raikou and disappeared into the forest.
The village was left in ruins. The Washi clan was destroyed and it was all an accident. Raikou left with guilt, what happened? Did he get hit, or was it to protect him from a future threat? His mind raced, it pondered many thoughts, many of which had no connection. Raikou's eyes glazed over and he drifted to sleep. The man in the cloak appeared from the shadows and Raiju was there with him, the man approached Raikou and with a series of hand signs. The man summoned a tomb and placed Raikou in it, "You will know what death feels like but if you pass the test, you will be Raiijin the thunder god. Arise god of thunder, be a threat to all that do not worship you." Raikou felt the needles of death tear at his skin. Lightning surged from Raikou's palms, the intensity grew stronger and stronger. The tomb shattered and Raikou emerged from it.
Godly appearance:
Now Raikou took the name Raiijin and his goal is to purge the world into the age of the Thunder god. He will destroy all that opposes him. He knows that he is not a god, but nothing in his mind can defeat him. Until a worthy opponent can defeat him, he will continue. Raiijin discarded his godly appearance and took the appearance of a sinister being and will use his new abilities to strike fear in others and cause them to join him or die.
