It is in the middle of the bakumatsu, in the final years of the edo period in Japan. The nation is in chaos with several rival factions fighting for control. The samurai lead the war, with their skillful use of the blade. Their are many others in this war, but none more important. So what will you do in this state of chaos, will you fight with the samurai, argue with the politicians, or pray with the miko's(shrine maidens).

Rules
1. no god-modding
2. no auto-hitting(unless there is no way for them to dodge, and this is very rare)
3. no auto-dodging
4. romance is allowed, but keep it pg-13
5. keep cursing to a rare minimum, some people don't like it.
6. have fun
I will periodically add new rules when the need arises.

Eventually, a group of bandits ran into them, and killed them all. Except T.K., they kept and tortured him for years. Then when he was mid way through his teenage years, someone saved him. An unknown samurai slew the bandits as they attacked a local town. The samurai pitied T.K., and trained him in the style Tigrejutsu. A fast sword style that requires a short and long blade. He now wanders master less, helping others in need. picture:
