 N'ier woke up when the light hit her eyes. She quickly got up and headed to where the councel was. she was not aloud in since she was still classified as a child. she could hear them speak of the aliens that had arrived and how they where outside of the town a short ride away. N'ier ran off, she was the fasted Znee in her generation and could outrun even their rides (like horses) she made the human settlement fast and she snuck closer getting close to their machines, her eyes wide with amazement.

Grant yawned slightly as he was sat on a transport, a small hovering vehicle shaped like a car, sitting in the back of the trunk, watching as the countryside of the land went by him, something out of the books, like a tropical land in South America or Central America, long gone since the 2020s. He held a rifle, closely related to the SCAR rifle of long ago, but very different. His blue eyes wandered around the exotic landscape and plants that was very different. Soon as the transport arrived at the camp, jumping down from the spot on the trunk and carried his gun and bag towards the tent, unknowingly that he was being watched.

N'ier watched as a flying thing went by, she ducked out of the way before she was seen, she saw a strange being get out and she moves closer to look at, he was in a strange outfit and carried something even stranger. she moves closer peaking into the strange hut he entered and she ends up knocking something down and she moves away hiding behind a tree.

Grant jumped slightly from a slight movement a little ways away from his tent and aimed his gun towards it, wondering what made the noise. He looked around from where he heard the noise from. He at first, didn't see anything too mysterious or strange out of the ordinary. He lowered his weapon and slowly made his way back towards the tent.

She peaked around her hair brussling against the wood when she tried to get a closer look at him. she hears screaching comming from the woods, Her father realized she ran here. if they got too close someone would be hurt. she looks around, she would have to run right by the alien to make it into the woods. she took a deep breath and ran around the human jumping clear over the box near him landing about 5 feet away she took off running weaving her way around the alien machinery, the humans where unable to fire on her but they looked shocked as she ran by her skin shimmering in the sunlight.

Grant soon heard another noise rush past him, which made him look towards the direction of the sound as it quickly ran away. He heard some shouts of men nearby that saw it or even was near it. He soon tried to run after it and yelled out,"Hey! Wait!" Several other men were running after him, wondering if he was crazy enough to run out in the forest alone. He could tell that the creature was much faster than he was and obviously wasn't going to catch up to it, unless he had a vehicle.

she glanced behind him as she ran, she ran deep into the forest slowing when she realize he was following. she let him catch up and she looks at him puzzled pointing back the way he came not wanting him to get lost, she probes his mind and said softly "Return"

Grant soon realized that she was starting to slow down and eventually stop in front of him. He pointed his gun at her for a moment, before he saw her point her finger back towards his camp, a simple word came into his head, a feminine voice speaking in his mind, seemingly out of nowhere. He turned around for a second and looked back to her, looking to her confusedly."You? Can you speak?" He asked simply to her, keeping his weapon level.

she watches him her eyes wondering what he pointed at her "I... Can read your language.." she touches her head "Your head. your... Memories..." she steps forward "Danger here... You will get lost..." she hears her people calling out, they where getting closer. she turns calling back and the forest goes silent she turns back.

Grant looked to her, hearing her female voice inside his head. He watched her hands as she moved along with her voice inside his head. He slowly let his gun down and heard the yells from both sides of him, something that wasn't familiar to him. He looked to the female creature and nodded,"I will leave..." He said softly and walked backwards towards the way he took towards the camp. He didn't know what else to say to the female, but bowed slightly, turning away and ran back towards his camp.

she watched him leave and smiled saying outloud "Human..." she turns and runs towards her people, running into her father right away "Father" she spoke in her native language "I have seen the ones who landed, they are called human.. they are here for a colony.. they mean us..." she got slapped and her father growled.
"You disobayed our laws. you know not to go outside of the safety of our home you are a child!" he yelled in her head and she lowered her head shamefully.
"I will not be a child for much longer father... I wish to contrebute something to the councel" she said and got smacked again and taken back to her living quarters being forced to stay there. by nightfall she was angry and pacing. she wanted to know more about the humans.

Grant glanced back one last time at the creature, but realized that she was already gone, out into the forest. He hoped that the creature wasn't injured on her way back or anything.
He returned to his camp, where several of the men asked him what he chased after and if he killed it. He shook his head and replied,"It got away, so no, I didn't catch it." He told them softly as he headed for his camp, to his tent, to get some well deserved rest.
Once the night came upon the land, Grant was still awake, even after trying to take a nap through the rest of the day. He thought about that alien that tried to communicate with him and caused him to think about her more and more.

N'ier sighed and snuck out of the town heading towards the ocean, away from the humans camp. she knew there was no way her people would treate her like an adult. she got about half way to the clifs and she stopped. something was off. she listened closely turning her head to look around. She then realized it was too quiet in the woods. "not good.." she thought and turned running towards the one place she might be safe. the human base.
By the time she got to the base she could hear the beast following her growling loudly at her. her only advantage at the moment was she could run fast. The two moon's casted a soft shadow over the human base. she was scared to enter but knew if she did not she would be killed. she ran into the base skidding to a stop near where the humans where sitting down for dinner, they did not speak and just stared at the scared panting alien. she tried to speak to them in her language momentaraly forgeting about the language she heard from him.

One man saw the creature, running into the camp, but he did not know what she was trying to say either. Another man, surprised by the creatures appearance, ran for Grant's tent, to warn him of the creatures coming into the camp. He ran inside the tent, not bothering to knock or speak of his entrance."Captain Grant! An alien creature has entered the camp!" He yelled to Grant.
Grant jumped from his bed and grabbed his gun quickly."Show me..." He commanded. He ran out of the tent and soon was following after the man that came into his tent. After running a few feet, he arrived where the man stopped, right in front of the alien, which was a few feet away. Grant gazed at the creature, recognizing it instantly."You..." He said softly to the alien.

She looked at him then ducked as a lizard like creature came charging out jumping at her. it landed and started to circle her snarling, its mouth was large enough to bite her in half. she watched it crouching some scared and not really sure what to do, her people always had problems with them but since she was not as tall as the others she had no chance in fighting back.
She looks at him when the creature got between them, her eyes told him that she was outmatched. she was too scared to probe his brain to figure out the language to ask for help.
