The floor is glittering with green and gold sparkles. The table with green punch and shamrock-shaped, green frosted cookies has a green and gold, frilly tablecloth. The poles have green and gold banners circling them. You can see confetti fall from the ceiling. It's green and gold, the green being little shamrocks.
The music is loud and cool, so go have some fun!

Lucian arrived at the dance and began to dance until his feet hurt. He walked to the table and grabbed a cup of punch and began munching on a shamrock cookie. "Mmm. Not bad." He muttered and took a sip of punch. he looked around for a place to sit and sat down. He seemed to be the first one here.

Cyndel walked into the dance still wearing her slightly damp camp half blood tee and basketball shorts. her shoes squished with the leftover water. She kicked them off into a corner and went to the refreshment table. Cyndel grabbed a glass of punch and leaned on the table rubbing her neck uneasily.

Toni entered the Ballroom wearing her usual jeans, fitted tee, and converse. Music blasted from the DJ stand and made it feel like everything was vibrating. She saw Lucian sitting over by the snack and drink table. She went and sat down next to him.
"Hey," Toni said. "How's it going?"

Elizabeth walked into the ballroom. She was soaked from her encounter with the sea monster but didn't appear to care. Squeezing water out of her hair, she turned to Theo. "Isn't this great?" she shouted over the blaring music.

Theo walked into the dance. He had quickly changed into a bluish-green t-shirt and some denim shorts. He had seen the ballroom when he had arrived at camp but this was incredible. He just looked around for a while, taking in the view. Then he heard Elizabeth...kinda. It was all just kind of inaudible gibberish. 'WHAT?" He shouted back

"Eh, got attacked by a sea monster." Lucian replied."Basically a typical half-blood day." He got up, grabbed a few shamrock cookies and some more green punch, and sat down. "How about you."

Emily waved to Theo and Elizabeth coming over to greet them. "Hey guys!" she shouted trying to hear herself talk over the pounding music. "Welcome to our dance, they always overdo it!" She smiled motioning around at all teh green and gold everywhere, then holding up her punch cup, swirling the green liquid around inside it.

Eric walked, noticing he was soaked head to toe. He then ripped all of his cloths off, wear fresh cloths were beneath. He the walked over to liz "In my opinion, This is way better than the valentines ball."

Sonea entered the ballroom wearing her dark-red gown and feeling very out of place. She bit her lip and went inside keeping her head down.

Sonea looked around and noticed very few people had arrived. She sighed with relief. She noticed the nice girl Elizabeth standing with a few people in the room. She smiled and headed over to them.

 Elyssia entered the now-familiar ballroom again, this time to find what looked like a glitter explosion in a cloud of shamrocks. Lissie giggled as a gold twinkle of confetti landed lightly on her nose.

BANG!
Suddenly, larger clouds of green and gold confetti fell from the ceiling. Theo laughed with delight as the green shamrocks stuck in his golden mop-top hair.

Elizabeth jumped at the explosion but her surprise was quickly replaced with delight. "This is definitely better than the Valentine's Day dance," she said happily, brushing confetti off her viola case.
