Just remember that there can't be any links to illegal materials (such as illegal free versions of ANY of the RPG Makers, including 2000 and 2003, Keygens, video game soundtrack downloads, and the like) on the site.

For conveniences sake, all sites will be gathered here after they've been posted, and credits given for finding them.



General RPG Maker:

- RPG Palace
Contains various resources for all the RPG makers to date. Well, except for 95. But let's face it, no one uses that anymore.

- VG Music
Contains .midi versions of song from lots of video games from the Atari all the way up to the current generation of consoles.

- The Spriters Resource
Has a large selection of sprites ripped from games. Going to be primarily useful to RPG Maker XP/VX users, but 2000/2003 users will probably find something to use from the older games as well.

- RMRK
A forum with resources for RPG Maker 2K, 2K3, XP, VX.



RPG Maker 2000/2003:

- Charas Project
A character set, face set, and battle character set generator for RPG Maker 2000 & 2003. Also contains several hundred resources both original and ripped from other games.

- Dragon's Den
Has sprites ripped from various Dragon Quest/Dragon Warrior games.

- Out of Mana
Has some chipsets for RPG Maker 2000/2003



RPG Maker XP/VX:

- Chaos Project
A forum that deals with Scripts and Resources for XP and VX.

- RPG Maker VX Resources
Deals exclusively with RPG Maker VX resources and games.

- Creation Asylum
The Grand Poobah of XP and VX scripts. Several resources too.

- RMXP Unlimited
Has scripts and resources for XP and VX.

- RPG Maker XP Tutorials
Has tutorials for various things in RPG Maker XP.

Sorry, I had to remove the link. They have download links for RPG Maker 2000 and 2003. I realize that they say both programs are freeware, but they seem to be the only ones who think so. So until I can see or find some kind of definitive proof that 2000 and 2003 are truly freeware programs now, I'm afraid we can't link any sites that have them up for download because it's considered a violation of Gaia's TOS.
I really wish we could link them though. They have that nice RGSS Reference section that can help people figure out what each script class (i.e. Game_Actor) in XP and VX do. I know it helped me out when I was trying to make that mission select script. Well, that and the window tutorials.
