Sorry, I had to remove the link. They have download links for RPG Maker 2000 and 2003. I realize that they say both programs are freeware, but they seem to be the only ones who think so. So until I can see or find some kind of definitive proof that 2000 and 2003 are truly freeware programs now, I'm afraid we can't link any sites that have them up for download because it's considered a violation of Gaia's TOS.
I really wish we could link them though. They have that nice RGSS Reference section that can help people figure out what each script class (i.e. Game_Actor) in XP and VX do. I know it helped me out when I was trying to make that mission select script. Well, that and the window tutorials.
