One of the hardest thing about role playing is finding someone to join you. Who has similar skill sets and interests. I know in several other groups there's a separate forum (or even just a thread somewhere) used as a wanted section almost.
Essentially, what I'm suggesting is that we set apart a forum and have a "Player seeking..." kind of set up, almost like the personals section of the newspaper. That way, players can PM each other and then later set up a thread in a specific section after they have themselves situated. Also, this will in the future reduce the amount of threads left unanswered.
Is this possible/plausible? Do you think it's a good idea?

Sounds good to me. If it's made would you be willing to monitor it? That includes posting the first post on the rules of the sub-forum.

I'm not on every day because I am a full time student, but sure. I could come on every other day and monitor it.
