Name: Ninotchka.
Nickname: Nina, students haven't called her that for a while.
Gender: Female [F]
Orientation: classified.
Species: Sub-human.
Age: 32 (True birth year: undetermined, thought to be aprox. 1978 possibly earlier)
Height and Wight: 5'5, 140 lb.
Abilities: Suppression, she can suppress other students power, even to the point of suppressing the student's strength and other things, this also tends to mess with their astral and kirilian auras. Sometimes bursts of her power manifest its self as fire or a crushing force over the physical area around her. She's stronger then normal humans which may be linked to her powers, her heritage or her upbringing. Can also heal most wounds, using magic since she's a magic user.
Power Level: Cyan.
Grade: Power training teacher.
Description: Ninotchka has brown hair and glaring brown eyes, is rather busty and wears a complicated uniform. She's always carrying a riding crop, and either wearing a collar or a whistle around her neck. Sometimes both. Her hair is tied up and hid under a cap, and she wears two sashes over a plain white work shirt.
Bio.: Classified. All that's known about Ninotchka currently is that its possible she's insane, a member of the handcuffs and chains club, and possibly from either, Eastern Europe, -Earth or Venus. Other then that its possible she's insane.
Items: spiked collar, riding crop.
Weapons and Armor: Skin suit, a tight mesh running down her I-line and a riding crop, a short sword (most often worn at the side), and sometimes a pistol (kept in various locations, she likes to keep people guessing).
Skills: Inspiring fear, very strong magic casting.

Flaws: Classified, tends not to use her powers, has some slight weakness's/affinities toward certain objects, seems to have some crazied need to sleep in handcuffs, doesn't like it when lights flicker due to past experiences. She seems to not know when to quit using her power, a very dangerous flaw though it seems to be kept in check. In addition to a host of other unspoken flaws, Ninotchka seems to have a throng of horrible memories. Perhaps looking in her apartment/room would help to explain them?

Species: Belle Morte, raised by Mother Willow
Age: 659
Height and Wight: 5'2, 130 lb.
Abilities:
Child of The Forest, able to call animals and plants to her aide.
Far Sight, sees glimpses of the future.
Camouflage able to blend in easily.
Telepathy, hears/reads/sees other peoples thoughts. (might wonder why so many, its due to low level of them)
Power Level: Cyan
Grade: Teacher, magic.
Major: Magic.
Description: Raine has curly dark hair cut so when down it reaches her mid back, usually she puts it up into a pony-tail. She wears an eye patch over one eye due to an accident when she was twelve, this doesn't hinder her much, she simply wears the patch to conceal the damage and block the pain. The patch is blue and plumed while underneath is the bark taken from her mother's branches. Sometimes she carries a bow on her back and wears the clothing her race is accustomed to wearing: skimpy leather under clothing. In class however she wears a grey button down and a short grey skirt. Her eyes are large and clear red-orange. She's well muscled overall and has a small temper. Her skin is pale looking during most of the day but at dawn and dusk it turns a clear and vibrant red. She never wears shoes.
Bio.: Raine was born nameless into a time of much suffering, being a b*****d child her mother abandoned the girl to the wilds far enough out that no mortal would hear the child's dying screams. Perhaps it was for the best when she abandoned the child under the branches of a young willow and nestled in a death bed of reeds and tall water ferns. For in doing so the child was seen by the young willow whom told the ferns and reeds whom moved the child into the river which carried her down stream where a nymph picked her up and carried her to the mother Willow. Mother Willow being wise with many child already grown gave the child's care to the nymph but allowed them to live within the tangles of her roots. Hundreds of years later Raine was chosen to leave Mother Willow and have the adventures she'd never have and the see places she'd never see-Raine can never forget her mother or her upbringing, its etched into her clear red skin.

Weapons and Armor: Bow and arrows, familiar fang knife (allows summoning of primal soul creature).
Skills: sneak, bow and arrow, close combat (knife), reading people, noise, listening (nature), magic very skilled at magic.

Flaws: Afraid of fire, ignorant, obsessed over because she 'shines', constantly attacked by stake wielding psychos, not carry four hundred plus pounds strong.
