Nothing's set in stone until I talk to Fecal.
I've noticed a few screw ups with the last meeting. Problem? We were all split up, it seems, and couldn't find each other.
As Mistaken Traveler noticed, a lot of people were left out, including your guild caption, me.
--X_x--Fox-x-Fire--x_X-- had this idea that everyone has everyone else's numbers, so that we can contact each other.
From this idea, I got the idea for a phone tree.
The night before, or sometime before, one person calls another person in the guild, reminding them of the event. They have that person call another, etc, etc.
This would be a good way to tally who's going, who's not, and to make sure everyone's on the same page.
We would need to discuss a time and day for the calls to be made, to make sure we don't bother someone at work, or call when they can't answer.
Any ideas to add to this? Discuss how this is a good/bad idea.

QueenNanami I think it's a good idea. I much more of text then i do call people razz I like to save my minutes ninja I like the texting idea more, not because it saves me minutes but because phone calls are always so akward in my house.
there is like a billion little kids running around at all times. O.o
But I guess calling works for me also.
I like this idea, but would we be able to call (or text) each other on the day of the meet up to tell them someone is going to be late, and ask them where they are?
