Story Their are many types of clan in this world. Though their are three main ones. The first, we have the Vampire clan; nightdwellers as well as some day dwellers who drink the blood of humans and often times kill them for their rich blood. This clan is run by the vampire lord, ~x~. Second is a mysterious clan for not much is known about but will be revealed later in the story. They are the Shapeshifters clan; they shapeshift to whatever animal they are born into, but other than that, their motive and ambitions are completely unknown. Finally, we have the enemy of the vampires:the vampire slayers, but this clan no longer exist for it was wiped out by their nemesis. Only one boy of age 4 stayed alive, and now he is the last vampire slayer of the Camisana clan. Kino Camisana has returned to his village after leaving it 13 years because of the accident with the vampires. As he was going down memory lane, he meets a boy name -x- who knew of his clan for they were neighbors once. After a few events that he had with -x-, Kino stays at his old house for the night but gets a visit by the vampire lord ~x~; who destoryed his whole village and seems to form a liking and is very seductive to Kino. But did he really? Did ~x~ really destroy the Camisana clan? Can the truth be relieved bofore Kino kills the wrong people? What exactly is the truth ~x~ is so desperate to tell him about? And if the truth is known, which will he decide to do; stop it? or continue to blame the wrong people?

I need one person to play both -x- and ~x~
Here are a few characteristics I want them to have:
-x-: likes Kino and will do anything to protect him; stubborn; barely smiles but is slowly changing thanks to his meeting with Kino.
~x~: Vampre Lord; likes to tease and is very seductive around Kino and him alone. He seems to be falling for him as well and later will want Kino to be his mate. He is sad and hates the darkness that he has to stay in just for what he is and hopes that when Kino becomes his, he willl shine light in his world.

Who does the strings:blessedheart Name I was given:Kino Camisana How Old?:17 Between the sheets:Seke but leans more to uke Clan:Vampire Slayers(Last survivor) Powers bestowed on me:Has a demon fox within him but he doesn't know of it yet(Like naruto) and uses it but does not have control over it. Weapon of Choice:His vampire slaying sword:Ketsuna My Story:Kino was four when he lost everything when the vampire clan attacked his village. Thanks to his parents' friends, they were able to escape the devistation but that day left a mental scar in Kino's heart. He is now an orphan and the last of his clan. And its all thanks to them...Kino will never forgive them and one day, he will kill the Lord of the vampires and finally be able to avenge his family. For the past thirteen years, Kino lived with his parents' friends in order to get stronger. His life was a bit rough and people always sends their regards for his family but he wished they would just leave it in the past for it hurt him too much to remember. When his seventeenth birthday came, he decided to visit his village..just for old times' sake. Mirror, Mirror on the wall: Who does the strings: S h i r o no O k a m i Name I was given: Taroji Ueda How old?: 19 Between the sheets: Seke Clan:Silver Fang Powers bestowed on me: Shape shift into a Wolf Weapon of Choice: Claws and fangs My life:Taro was born to a large family. His family was the clan he was born into. They were a secretive bunch, hiding their origins from the world. He had been a scout starting from a young age, making sure that their secrets were kept secrets. He'd often visit the vampire slayers posing as a regular person. There, he met Kino. They had even been neighbors. At the time of the attack, he'd been sent on a mission and so hadn't been around to protect. When he came back, the slayer clan were long gone and life resumed. he'd heard that a slayer had survived but never dreamed it would be the young Kino. He stayed in the village, working his way up the ranks in his clan. However, he grew to be more stoic and reserved. Mirror, Mirror on the wall: Who does the strings: S h i r o no O k a m i Name I was given: Dimitri Locke How old?: 231 Between the sheets: Seme Clan:Vampire Clan Powers bestowed on me: Telepathy, enhanced senses and control of black flames. Weapon of Choice: Whatever comes in handy My life:Dimitri is a pure-blood vampire meaning he came into the world already a vampire. As such, he had the upper hand over those that were turned. He took over from the previous clan leader (by took over meaning unseated him) and has been ruling the clan for over a hundred and fifty years. At first, he never dabbled with the humans except to use them as food. The slayers were always a bother and at one point, he gave permission to the vampires to kill only those who attacked them but never to actively seek out to kill them. it would further the conflict and as long as they stayed from each other's hair, he assumed things would settle down. He never really grew to trust many in his clan resulting in a lonely existence. He wanted a reason to go on living his already long over due life. Just when he was wondering these things, the slayer clan was attacked. of course, the blame came onto him though he has minimal to do with it. He is on a quest to figure out who did it and if it was someone from his clan, they would have to answer to him. Mirror, Mirror on the wall:(Click for full size)

Kino CamisanaKino looked out as he was taken by carriage to his home village. He sat with the driver as he smiled happily and looked at the surroundings. After an hour, they reached the outskirts of the village and the driver stopped. "Thats as far as I go kid." He said to Kino as the slayer boy nodded his head. "This is good. Thank you!" He said as he hoped down then waved to him in goodbye and walked to the Camisana village gates. He looked up for a moment then sighed. The gates...once a picture of lookout and glory was now in shables and destruction. He sighed sadly as he tighted the strab that held Ketsuna, his tursty slayer word to his back and walked inside. The vllage was worse than the gate. Most of the houses and shops were burned down and what was left, were torn or in shapples like the gate. "Thirteen years.." He said to himself sadly and looked around, jumping over broken glass and wood that littered the streets. He finally reached the house that he wanted to see. The sign that said Kaede and Kahaku Caminisana hanged limply to the side of the house. He looked at the house then smiled sadly and laid his head on a wooden pillar. "I'm home...Father...Mother..."

Taroji Ueda Did you hear? A vampire has been visiting the slayer ruins. Probably going there to feast his eyes on what he'd done. They say it's the vampire lord The rumors going around the village didn't take long to reach Taro's ears as well as the clan. The last thing that they wanted was another massacre. The vampires and his clan were walking on thin ice at this point. they had been every since what had happened three years ago. Tarou crouched down, running his hand over what looked like a fallen pillar. Time had certainly done its down fair share of damage. With a sigh, he got back on his feet and ran his hand through his hair. The male inhaled deeply, taking in both the familiar and unfamiliar scents. Yes...he could smell it. Someone certainly had been coming here. The winds had taken away most of the smell but enough lingered for him to pick up on it. Whoever this person was knew what he was doing. His trained ears picked up on footsteps. It couldn't be whoever had been coming here....of course there was the possibility. Letting out a small growl, he slinked through the ruins until he came on the source of the footsteps. His eyes fixed on the weapon though he couldn't see the wielder's face. only the back of his head. Taro slipped out of his hiding, eyes narrowed with a deadly ferocity. "Who the hell are you and what are you doing here?" he asked.

Kino CamisanaKino sighed as he continued to lay his head on the pillar. He wished he could go back into time...Back to when he was four and change the events that hapened here. To be able to save his village and save his family. He missed his parents so much. He didn't let himself dwell on the past...but there was times when he would cry himself to sleep just by the memory. The memory of his mother's screams. Of the village burning in the immanse fire that erupted. The sound of his father telling his friends to take Kino awya and to a safe place..Of him saying saying good bye to his only son. 'I didn't even get to say goodbye...' Kino thought sadly as he fought back the tears that were welling up in his eyes. He brought his hand to his eyes and wiped them away then flinched when he heard a voice behind him. He drew Ketsuna quickly then got into a fighting stance as he glared at Taroji slightly. "Who am I? What about you? What are you doing here in this village. This place has been deserted for years." Kino said as he kept his guard up, watching the older boy's movements in case he tried anything funny.

Taroji Ueda Taro grew a little more tense when the weapon was unsheathed. From the stance, it looked like the other knew how to wield his sword and wasn't just carrying it for show. It wasn't that he doubted he would be able to take on the wielder, it was simply a way of never taking his opponents lightly. It called for useless mistakes and only one was needed to lose his life. Despite acting like he would rather be anywhere else, he still enjoyed his life style. While he didn't glare at the other, his eyes remained cold and calculating. he took into account what the other had said. 'this place has been deserted for years' That implied that he knew something about the village. "Look kid, I asked you first. You're the one who suddenly barged in here and it's my job to deal with any trespassers" Taro took a step forward, still fixing his eyes on the brown haired boy. Was it just him...or did he catch a familiar smell....odd....it struck the strings in the back of his head but he just couldn't put his finger on what. "Save us both the trouble and just identify yourself." e

Kino CamisanaKino kept his eyes on Taroji, keeping his stance as he backed away a step when he took a step. "I'm not a kid. I happen to be seventeen, thank you." He said as he frowned more, not liking how the older boy was treaing him like a child. He stayed silent for a few minutes, just staring at the his cold light blue eyes. After awhile, he sighed softly but kept his sword up and deadly as he said: "I'm Kino Camisana. And I used to live here." He said as he ran a hand through his silky black hair and looked back up at the stranger. "Now its your turn."

Taroji Ueda "Fine" Taro murmured indifferently, waving his hand in a dismissive manner. It wasn't too long when he despised being called a child. The only difference being that he had fought his way from being called a child very early in time. he patiently waited for answer. And the answer he received was definitely not what he'd been expecting. His eyes showed surprise for a few seconds before he once more closed them off. "Kino....Is it really Kino?" the disbelief showed in his voice, definitely lowering the animosity in them. "I'm Taroji. We used to be neighbors. What are you doing back here?" e

Kino CamisanaKino looked at Taroji as he blinked when his voice had a different tone to it. He definitely did not expect the stranger to sound surprised but his next words surprised him even more. "Ta...roji?.." He asked as he tried to remember the name; searching in the deep depths of his mind for the name and face. Then it hit him! He met Taroji a few times when he was a little kid. When he was still living in this village and everything was happy and calm. "I..I came back for old time sakes." He said soflty as he dropped his sword to his side and looked into his blue eyes; the glare on his face gone now. "Why are you here? What are you doing here?" He asked in a slightly confused tone.

Taroji Ueda Taro nodded repeatedly when his name was said by Kino. Well, maybe Kino couldn't remember since he'd been younger when they met. Ah well, it would be okay if he wasn't remembered. At least Taro knew that it wasn't an enemy. Good thing he hadn't attacked first and ask questions after. He closed the distance between them, keeping a friendly distance this time. "I see." he murmured. He hadn't expected to come out to find the last survivor of the slayer clan. Go figure. But, it left him a little tepid. That Kino would return to the village when rumors of the vampire lord visiting the ruins began spreading around. It was just too much of a coincidence to forget about. "Me? I usually make sure that nothing suspicious happens around this area. There's been someone coming here at night and the villagers were getting worried. Came to check it out" He sighed deeply, rubbing the back of his neck. "You really have grown. I didn't recognize you at all. " While his words carried the feeing of surprise, his tone was rather monotonous. A lot of things had changed in the thirteen years. "Let's head back to the village. Grab something to eat, catch up on things" It was odd, he wasn't sure why but he was glad to see Kino again.

Kino CamisanaKino watched as Taroji got closer then smiled; making his features look younger like he was a kid again. He certainly felt like one now. It was like his childhood up to age four was coming back in a rush to him now. "Oh really? Must be rought then." Kino said as he was told that Taroji was staking out the place. He really has changed...Taroji used to be more cheerful and carefree as they were kids, or at least what he could remmeber. But now..he was a lot calmer and stern. Still, he could tell that his personality didn't change too much. 'He's still prtective.' He stated as he smiled wider then thought about the starnger coming to his old home at night. That did not sound promising... "Same to you." He said as he got out of his thoughts and sheathed Ketsuna. "You've...gotten taller..And your features did like a total 180." He stated since Kino's head only reached to his shoulders. Must be fun being tall. "And sure. I could use somethign to eat. Haven't eaten anything all day." He stated as his stomach growled in emphasis and his face turned a scarlet red.

Taroji Ueda ]Taroji lifted his shoulders in a light shrug. "You do what you have to do ne?" There was a glimpse of a small smile but it disappeared as soon as it came. as long as those he care about were safe because of what he did, it was worth it. All those long nights staying awake to make sure nothing went wrong, the miles traveled. it all made it worthwhile. maybe if he had been around during the attack, he could have made a difference. His parents had tried to wipe such thoughts from his head saying that the business of the slayers were different from his clan. There was only one problem: the lives of some of the slayers had meshed with his own personal life. That was one thing that had not changed. The desire to protect anything dear to him no matter the cost. Kino's smile made Taro want to smile himself. There was a nature around kino that always put the shape shifter at ease. It was the reason why the attack had it home so hard. Either way, there was no point in digging up though the past. All that mattered was the present. Taro blinked at the mention he'd gotten taller. Well, to him it wasn't that big of a deal since the process had been gradual. "Your smile is still the same though. I'm glad" on hearing Kino's stomach growl, taro let out a small chuckle. "Hehe, alright. There's a really good noodle shop. it has udon, soba, shirataki and even somen. Come on shortie" he teased. Not that Kino was short, he was just shorter than Taro (who happened to be tall even by tall standards) He lead them away from the ruins toward the main road. The village was a few minutes walk. "By the way...where are you going to stay? You can crash at my place. it's big enough for you to also stay" Though he'd have to deal with quite a few of taro's family. Sweat. The village eventually came into view filled with the bustling of men and women going about their daily activities. Taro lead them down a few of the streets until he came on a small kiosk type setting. he motioned for Kino to take a seat.

Kino CamisanaKino smild a bit more when he saw the other's small quick smile. Though it went away just as it came, Kino was happy to know that the boy he knew wasn't completely gone. Things just happened to him to change him, but that happens to everyone. He looked down when the other started to laugh and cursed his stomach for not keeping quiet. "A-alright." He said then looked up at Taroji and frowned. He flicked in the head as he grinned mischeviously. "Who you calling a shortie? Just because your abnormally tall, doesn't mean I'm that short." He said as he started to follow Taroji. He couldn't wait to et to the shop, he felt the urge to have some somen. Its been awhile since he had any. He looked up at Taroji when he asked where he was going to stay and thought about it. "I think I'm going to spend the night in my village." He stated as he looked behind him to see the retreating ruins then back at Taro. "I'm not done reminensing yet." He finished as he sat down next to him when they reached the shop then orderd two bowls of somen.
