Ever had a stroke of inspiration for a campaign to run, but don't have enough of the plot developed or enough players, and are worried you might forget your idea? Post it here! We might be able to help you develop the idea further, or comment on whether the idea is good or not. Also, please... if you like someone's idea, and want to use it, ask!
If you have more than one idea, post each in a separate post so that commenters can quote only one idea.

So, I did get an idea about a week or so ago... but I have no one to DM for (let alone the time to DM!), so I thought I'd post it here...
It was sprung from an urge to run a Horror game (see: Heroes of Horror, 3.5e). I thought a campaign where there was a town that was cursed so that healing magic wouldn't work on wounds. This would lead to the need for blood banks, because otherwise people would lose too much blood from their wounds and die. There would then be some sort of problem with the blood supplies, or something to that degree, and the heroes would have to combat specific monsters to solve whatever problem came up (ie; blood elementals, rogue eidolons, vamps, etc).
That's really all I remember of the idea at the moment. If I remember something else I'll edit this post.
