Just current updates and ideas.
-So far the name of the rp is "Haunted"
-the setting is in a high school(I'm assuming in a large city.)
-certain students are being "haunted"(majority of the Rpers) but most arn't.
-each ghost has it's own(one) unique ability and only that one ability.
-the ghost can only be seen by those who they are haunting except when they "introduce" their ghost to someone else, then only the 'owner' and the people that have been 'introduced' will be able to interact with it.
-ghosts have their own abilities to float, go through walls, and scare people; but they have one special ability that they gain when they become 'social' with a person.
-one person to one ghost
-ghost hunters(people who use supernatural items and or other ghosts to hunt ghosts)
-Some ghosts are too powerful for the human and "take over" their kid's mind and make them do evil things.
~Maybe instead of a necklace you could do something like Eragon where the student gets a mark some spot on their body and each spot and symbol is unique unless you have the same power as someone else.
~Or if you did the necklace and the thing where the ghosts "take over" the kid's mind the neclace has a crack in it.
I also think we should call them phantoms cause it sounds cooler...<.< >.>

questions and ideas
-what if there was a necklace that would allow them to control the ghost, that would explain(sort of) how they got their power.

My Idea's-
~Some people who don't have ghost hunt them down
~Some ghost "take over" their kid's mind and make them do evil things.

I like the take over part and the hunters part, I will add em up to the list.
im still debating whether it will be a mark necklace or something else. I'll wait for someone else to help decide.

I think both the mark and necklace are good ideas, I can't decide which one you should go for!
Personally though, I think the markings idea is a bit better than the necklace idea. I can imagine two different characters which hate each other with the same marking, and over time become friends.

Im still deciding too... When i get the time I will start making forms... a bio thing ect.
I'll write the story tomorrow(if i have time, i dont know what my schedule is) and see where it takes me. if it's the necklace or the mark.

Maybe you could do something where the hunters have the necklace and the people with ghosts have a mark...........

like something that shows who has a ghost? hmmm. maybe i could make hunting gear and such.
Who wants to help me with this project?
I will work on the story
i need:
-gadgets and such for the hunters
-school name
-city name
-a lot of other stuff lol

I could come up with a list of things for the hunters and posibly even a list of powers that ghosts can have..... like cheap-o powers.

I'm going to put my two scents in....
Personally I like the mark idea because it's part of the person, showing that they are haunted/taken over
Like what Icestar said the hunters could have the necklace and maybe something is added each time the umm...kill? a ghost/haunted kid/evil taken over kid

im having a bad week, if anyone else wants to write this feel free. we also need threads. classrooms, a cafeteria, a gym, theater, maybe a mall, and some other hang out spots.
i think for class rooms there should only be one of each at most, like one math class, one english, ect.
I've been real busy, otherwise i wouldve already gotten on it.
