NeoJapan still watches the sleeping NeoQueen Serenit, and the King of Earth stays by her side at all times hoping one day she will wake up. They are hiding on Earth still, and a rumor is the Harmonious Flute can wake up the queen. Pegasus brought news of this to Earth, and now with old and new senshi banding together maybe they can find it.
New enemies are also appearing to take Earth's power. The light which radiates from the Queen's heart. The power of humans.
Some humans have come down with a case of Doll Syndrom. They seem to not do anything for themselves and they've become hospitalized. The new enemies seem to just suck out their energy, and free will. Leaving them to be mindless drones.

Bio: Sailor Beam represents the Beam note in music she first became aware of her power to turn into a sailor on her birthday when she adopted a talking dalmatian puppy whom she named Cleft.
Clef spoke of the sailor cords who are looking for their leader Sailor Harmony who was said to bring peace to the Earth world with music. Perhaps she has the flute they seek.
Her Attacks Include
Quaver Beam - She moves her hands out the the side and the a stream of eighth notes hit her target.
Eighth Unison - She lifts up her transformation wand and motions where she is attacking like a conductor as eighth notes encircle her body and fly out in all directions.
Transformation
Her transformation wand is at first a conductor wand, until she raises is up showing Harmonious Cord Make Up. It then turns into the transform wand and various eight notes and lower that are connected by the beam circle around her body transforming her into Sailor Beam.
