You're suppose to be getting a Lugia figure? You're suppose to get it as soon as you pre order it... You were ripped off man. XD I got mine as soon as I pre ordered.

I have a Quillava named Blaze that I just got in Soul Silver. 3nodding He evolved pretty fast. I only had to get him to like level 20 which took one day. XD
