I think I can see the problem with getting posts from most of your members. It's a lack of a good, strong RP setting. Looking around I only saw one that actually looked like it would be fun ( To me, tastes can differ.) And that one seems to have died out. The Large number of nogo's is also a problem. There are at least 3 good premises that the creators abandoned.
Now I could continue to point out issues like this or I could go do something about it.
Today I'm going to try and help. To start with I'm going to force a few of the NoGo's into moving. I'll make a character or two and make the first post myself.
Second I'm going to personally make a setting for this fine guild. One where there is no real limit on the role of the player.

I have banned a few members by now with the promise to let them return should they be able to prove activity will occur. Also, a bit of spring cleaning has occurred with all the roleplays that haven't been posted in since before Febuary 14th, St. Valentine's Day. I am hoping that this will help clean a few things up in the guild, but one can only wait to find out.
Also under consideration is a contest subforum, if you will, for guild sponsored, member sponsored and other guild sponsored events and contest. I am hoping this would help as well, but before I make any move on that, I am taking a poll of what the people want.
