Hobbies:
Jogging – Besides being an incredibly useful excuse for being out and about Destiny City at any part of the day, it works up your endurance! Perfect for any double-threat singer and dancer combo! At the moment, however, it's not much of an adventurous hobby. The course is perfectly plotted to fit into her schedule, she jogs for no more than an hour a day!
Trashy Writing – This is a hobby that no one is really aware of, except close friends and sometimes, her brothers when they steal the wrong notebook from her bedroom now and again. Eilian is a hopeless romantic, and incredibly lonely. Most of her teenage literary career and a good deal of money has gone the way of middle-aged women – bad romance novels. Has it got a man with long blowing hair and a half naked woman on the cover? Eilian has probably read it. And now, she writes it! Badly! Lord Reginald Falkorian, the dread lord of Castle Moonspire who kidnaps the fair Princess Arianrhod so that he might force his attentions upon her and thus father a claimant to the throne! But when she falls in love with his manly self….well. You get the idea! Eilian is both exhilarated and ashamed at these endeavors, and is not keen on showing anyone. Ever. Not even you.
Musical Theater - The whole reason behind her transfer to Crystal, besides it being the Best School in Town for a well-bred lady such as herself. Eilian is no real talent, but she's a great supporting role type of girl and will happily sing and dance her heart out with very little prompting. Dance and its precise movements work well with her attention to detail, and it's rare for this girl to miss a step. Voice is a decent soprano, but again nothing fantastic. She makes up for what she lacks in talent by pure enthusiasm!
Dead Instruments – This was affected on her by her parents at an early age, and something she has somewhat kept up with to keep them happy and because it is mildly interesting. I mean, how many people can say they play the lute? The harpsichord? The dulcimer? Psaltery? Have you even heard of these? She is not particularly gifted in the playing of music, but she practices diligently, one hour a day, alternating. Dulcimer on Monday, Psaltery on Tuesday, etc. Her suite at Crystal’s is littered with replicas of old, extinct instruments that no one will ever play ever again. Except, of course, Eilian Halpan. She can play piano sufficiently well, having done so since age five, and can muddle along on a harp, though she thinks it has too many strings. Truly, she’s not that interested in music, but she loves the confusion she causes when she mentions this particular hobby, so she keeps with it. Plus, it keeps the pocketbook…er, daddy happy.

Virtues:
You Like It? It’s Yours! – While Eilian is absolutely annoying and can be incredibly rude, she’s not a horrible person. If you happen to be in her Circle of the Week, she will probably shower you with all the love and gifts of monetary value that she can muster. Do you like this dress you found laying about? It’s in your size? Well take it, I’m not going to wear it. And if I were, I could always buy another! Out at lunch? You bet Eilian is going to pay! She’s a chronic gifter, and loves to make herself feel better by making you feel like a princess with all her many surprise presents. She is also, however, a notorious re-gifter without meaning to be. She didn’t MEAN to give away that handbag you bought her, but really, Carly looked so happy when she got it!
Logic Illuminates All – Eilian is incredibly practical and organized. You’d have to be, to hop around the social scene with as much ease and energy as a rabbit. Everything is noted down in her Blackberry, and perfectly scheduled in her Filofax as a backup. She is never late for an appointment, and she will never, ever forget your birthday! However, this means that she is decidedly a skeptic. Gods, unicorns, ghosts, fairies, talking cats? Don’t be ridiculous! I know you people believe that there was a divine being riding around on the dinosaurs, but there were several instances of a comet strike on earth, thank you very much! Don’t try to force your superstitions and such on Eilian, she’ll walk under a ladder in front of a black cat with abandon, and if she breaks a mirror, well, it’s just glass. Suggesting otherwise will get you a terse lecture on how it’s impossible, and she’d really rather not hear about it thanks. (( I know it doesn’t sound like much of a virtue, but it can be, if you’re an intellectual sort! ))
Cram Session? But I Was Done Last Week! – Being late is absolutely intolerable to Eilian. Wasting any minute of the day means you have less time to do the things you want to do, and that is totally inefficient and impractical. Assignments are almost always done with due haste, and once completed, tucked safely away until they can be crisply handed in. Studying for a test? She’s been at it for a week already, really, you’re all so irresponsible! Because her skills in this area are somewhat notorious, several people use her as their own little reminder, something she is more than happy to do. Have trouble remembering your mom’s birthday? Eilian has you covered! Have a big project due down the road? She’ll be happy to give you timely reminders once a week to check your progress! Group projects are a bust for this girl, and it would probably just be easier to let her handle all the work. That is, of course, unless you don’t mind several notes and memos attached to your suite door reminding you that you only have three days to get your part of the project turned into her for polishing!
Mr. Gorbachev, Tear Down This Wall! Social barriers are, in Eilian's mind, absolutely ridiculous. Why can't the computer geek hang out with the lacrosse star? Maybe they enjoy the same school subjects, you never know! You know, it's not Becky's fault that she has an unfortunate overbite, she's really a nice girl if you get to know her! This Welsh girl is a social hummingbird, moving tirelessly across cliques to try and break them apart and mix things up. She's the annoying one that is trying to remove lunch tables in favor of a giant area where they all sit together! That way no one is left out, and everyone has a seat! Mix It Up day is her favorite holiday at school, and she tries to enforce it to little success. However, one day, Eilian is sure that they will all get along!
Flaws:
Don’t Interrupt Me! That’s My Job! – Eilian hates being interrupted. Sheer force of upbringing and manners are all that keep her from lashing out when you interrupt her while talking, but make no mistake! She is going to glare at you, and give you looks like you perhaps just ran your car over a small child several times while giggling happily. However, she will happily interrupt anything you have to say with abandon. In fact, if she doesn’t do so once a conversation and just barrel over you with what she has to say, the subject must not have been very interesting. If you get her going, it will be almost impossible to get a word in edgewise around Miss Halpan.
Open Mouth, Insert Foot – Eilian has strong opinions, and sometimes, they’re not always well-informed opinions. Just because it's on Wikipedia, doesn't make it a fact, Eilian! She tells herself this time and again, but when in the company of her intellectual betters (see: adults, really smart people), she just can't help herself! Half-cocked facts come shooting out of her mouth, and she has a habit of using big words she doesn't quite understand nor can she pronounce them. Her mind tells her she's using the word properly, and that's how it should sound, but it's not always correct. Embarrassment follows swiftly in most cases, and she tries to change the topic as quickly as she can. It's not her fault the source was incorrect!
Here's What You Could Do Better – Eilian holds herself to incredibly high standards, because if you drive yourself, you are bound to be successful in life! Unfortunately, she holds everyone else to the same standards she sets for herself, and it ends up usually in gross disappointment. Being that she has incredibly obnoxious tendency to voice her feelings and other such things, she will often tell you that she feels you could do better in a certain area, and will even go as far as to show you how! She really thinks that she is helping out people in need, but in reality she is being incredibly obnoxious and more than a little offensive!
Sailor Albali:
Challenge: I’ll show you the power of your mistakes!
Attack #1 – Albali Total Recall!
[What It Does] – This is fundamentally her entire basis as a senshi. What Albali does is copy the last attack used on her. Need another healer? Heal Albali! She will then be able to use your attack/ability until another attack hits her or she detransforms. This however can be painful, for to use any offensive attack, she must bear the full hit of it. For example, if she were to use Jupiter’s Sparkling Wide Pressure, she would have to get hit with it first. And she cannot be immediately healed, for that cancels out the use of that attack in battle and she can only heal from there. Casting a defense upon this senshi is only useful if you plan for her to do nothing else until hit with another attack. She cannot, however, use an attack stronger than she is. So don’t hit her with your hail, Castor! This effectively wipes whatever she is using, and she must be hit with it again. Also, it’s not entirely as strong, sitting somewhere around seventy-five percent of the attacks normal strength, as she is only copycatting the original and hasn’t got the same power base as the senshi of that element.
Attack #1a – Power Up of the previous to include Super attacks as well as normal.
Attack #1b – At Eternal stage, she can use any attack cast on her, unless it comes from a princess. But I am not sure how that works yet, so no worries about that!

Fav. Food: Ice cream, fish, any form of potato. Any form.
Hated Food: Ground beef, any pork or chicken. She hates pork and chicken. Do you know what they eat?
Hobbies:
People-Watching – You can hardly justify your snap-decisions nor be a good leader unless you understand your allies and your enemies. When laying around and looking like she's doing nothing, Ouranos is actually busy at work. She's watching how you move, how you speak, how you interact with others. She can sit around for hours just doing nothing but watching a crowd or a busy street and learning the connections between people. It's her personal favorite thing to do, and she does it as often as possible. More of her minor responsibilities might be shirked to make time for this causing those that are unfamiliar with her to think of her as lazy and she's quite alright with this.
Large Parties - Again, easily misunderstood Ouranos loves to throw and go to incredibly large parties. Not to get drunk, or dance, or do whatever it is people do at parties. No, she wants to sit in the corner and watch people interact. Who did Jesse wander off with? What the heck is Cora doing in the corner with Dylan? Is that girl on her third boy of the night? Ooh, it seems like Jessica is a hugely unwise drinker! How shocking!
Instrumentals - In contrast to Eilian who only plays instruments to please her father, Ouranos actually takes a bit of joy from her instruments. She plays the guitar and piano with a good deal of proficiency and sometimes spends hours just tooling around with her music, enjoying the gentle sounds both provide. When feeling truly solitary, as all social creatures sometimes do, she retreats to her music and immerses herself almost fully in it.
Virtues:
Workin' 9 to 5 - For service and devotion, Ouranos has all of the above. She might not be the most demonstrative person in the entire world, but there is never ending love for her senshi companions and queen evident in her work ethic. Bleeding, wounded, covered in blisters, exhausted. It doesn't matter, if there is a job to be done she will be right there doing everything she can. At the same time, she will never ask you to do something that she herself would not do if she could. Driven, she pushes herself and everyone around her to be the very best person they can be. It's alright if that person isn't all that great, but she's going to keep helping you until you can do it. If she can do it, you can too! At the same time, she has tendency to expect more than you can give, simply because she herself can give it - but only in the most extreme situations will she ask you to give it if you tell her you can't.
Comfort and Joy - Though jaded, there is almost no lack of joviality in Ouranos' personality. In fact, she delivers almost all her cynical comments with a smile on her face, as if she's fully aware that you are going to tell her she's wrong. She just doesn't care! Her kind of conviviality is almost infective, and even a bit of time spent with Ouranos will generally lift your spirits and banish any negativity that might have been lingering in your mind for that small space of time. Not being one for hugging, cuddling, or any other 'girly' sort of affection this is the best she can do is put a smile on her face and let you know that she does care. She's just not that great with the touching. What's with all the touching?
Social Glue - The cement that holds everything together, that's Sailor Ouranos! In her circle of friends, she knows which buttons to push, and which things need being left alone. If there's a problem, she'll ferret it out as fast as she can so that it can be resolved as quickly as it can. If it hurts you, it hurts her, and she wants to soothe wounds as quickly as she can. Fight in the group? Ouranos is happy to play mediator, just so that everything can go back to normal! Need to spend a bit of time alone...well okay, but not TOO much time! In fact, as soon as she decides that your time is up? Ouranos will be on your front step with the entire crew, banging on your door until you let them all in for a small party! Once you are Ouranos' friend, you're in the group for life!
Flaws:
Everyone's Got an Angle Kid – What's yours? In opposition to Eilian who thinks that given the opportunity, people will be absolutely selfless, Ouranos is incredibly jaded. Everyone wants something and they'll do whatever they have to do to get it. She doesn't blame people for this, nor really look down on them (much). She just realizes, and even depends on, the idea that everyone has an angle, or a gimmick, or something that will serve them. She looks at Eilian's social butterfly tendency as this, as it enables the girl to have a semblance of control over her peers by being involved with every single one of them. What she doesn't realize, is that it pisses people off. Or perhaps she just doesn't care?
Just Snap Your Fingers – And Ouranos knows everything about you! This is perhaps her biggest flaw, in that she is so confident in her ability to judge people that she does so almost instantly. Talk to her for five minutes, and she'll have either a good or bad opinion of you! Unfortunately, it's almost impossible to shake these impressions once she makes them. So hopefully, you're good at first impressions! Deep down, Eilian would be forced to admit that she does almost exactly the same thing, only with social classifications. Immediately she'll decide if you're a prep, a jock, a drama queen. The two souls together make up perhaps one of the most inflexibly judgmental people you'll ever meet!
Knowledge is Power - Ouranos has to know your secrets. Every single one! If you're whispering behind your hands within her sight, she's going to push and prod until you tell her what you were whispering out. Were you alluding to a fight between Josie and her band? What happened? Why did it happen? Oh my gosh really?! In other words, Ouranos is a horrendous gossip. She's dying to know every single piece of dirt on everyone and anyone and for the most part, uses this inclination for good. However, don't ever try to tease this girl with a surprise party or a gift that you might tell her about. She'll quickly go crazy and try to ferret it out, becoming increasingly more agitated and anxious until she either screams or cries from frustration. It's truly the cruelest thing you could do, withhold information from this girl!
For An Introvert, I'm Pretty Extroverted - If you met Ouranos on the street, she would probably come off as a bit of a superior jerk, and you might actually be right! Reluctant to speak much, anything she'd say would come off as harsh and judgemental, and she absolutely is. However, if you were to dump her into a group of her friends, you'd see this almost snake-like shedding of skin into an almost entirely different person! From a cynical, almost rude introvert to a cynical, caring, almost helpful friend! It's astounded many a casual acquaintance, and led a few to wonder why she comes off as so abrasive. In the end? It's her choice, and she really only cares about what her friends think!
Why Eilian? - Eilian's sphere as a senshi, mostly. It's an incredibly selfless sphere, but incredibly useful. But it requires a bit of creativity on her part to avoid some serious injuries, and always requires her permission for the magic to work. Also, in how she treats her senshi work. Champion of the Physically Useless, she's the girl that will gladly let you cast your powers onto her to be used because for one reason or another you hate fighting. She allows you to be who you want to be because she doesn't mind doing the dirty work. A true team player!

What It Does:; Putting it simply, it reduces you to your human abilities. You move just as slow and jump only as high as your human self! For Negaversians, this is almost devastating. This relates to her sphere in that she revokes permission to defy the laws of physics! Time Limit - 1 minute.

I love how Eilian and Ouranos mesh on certain things, and clash on others. For example, the skeptic vs. selfless thing is excellent. It'll be very interesting to see how the two souls conflict, there.
I'm just a little curious on the people-watching vs. comfort and joy thing. So she's quiet while she watches people, right? Is that difficult for her to do? I don't know, maybe I just didn't read it right, but it seemed like it might be a little difficult for her to be sitting silently for a few hours?
One thing I especially like is loud-mouth Eilian being host to the quiet, people-watching Ouranos.
Also, I'm a little curious as to how her attacks reflect the sphere of Permission? Maybe if you explain how it does, like... just change the description to mention that she gives the person permission to use their attacks as often as they can, etc.
