It's been a few days now since Miss Sing No and I have taken over as moderators, and I want to know how I have been doing. If Miss Sing No wants to post a similar thread concerning her performance, she can do so, but I just want to hear feedback from you guys — including criticisms and suggestion — about your impression of my job as a moderator.
In particular, I want to know if I've been too controlling or overzealous in my stay-on-topic thread policing, or whatever else happens when power corrupts. I don't want to become an irascible cuntbag control freak — I've left guilds and web sites because of moderators like that.

I personally think you're doin a good job, *shrugs* From what I've read on here and how you handle things. You tell people to keep things on track and, IMO, dont really get too far into the... how did you so poetically put it? Ah, "irascible cuntbag control freak" zone.
But then again, Im kinda used to being aorund people like you, lol, and if you Did get into that zone in a uber ridiculous way, I'd hit 'cha with a paper fan and be all "WTF, knock it off!" lol

As a guild Vice Captain myself I see alot of guild captains that sit around and do nothing. I find myself doing most and all the work. I appreciate how much you work for the guild. Even if sometimes you say you cant handle it you find a way to carry on. Imo you get a B, because there is always room for improvement.
The guild is looking awesome so far heart
