Hyper police and Tokyo Mew Mew have cat girls in them. Also .hack//Roots has a cat girl in it. And one of the other .hack series...forgot which one.

I dunno if she counts due to being a gynoid but Ropponmatsu 2 from Excel Saga is more or less a cat girl since she has mechanical ears (also purring as she hugs her 'very, special desk') plus Soul Calibur 3 does have cat ears as a piece of female head armour so you can make a catgirl fighter.

Also Chachamaru in the Negima manga gets Cat Ears as part of her Pactio.
