So, now we've got a few subforums built and a few members getting involved, it's safe to declare speaklife officially open! :D Just thought I'd give you all an update just to let you know what's going on :)
Competitions
We have two comps running at the moment: a tektek contest and a bumping contest. (Both of these can be found in the competitions subforum) The prize for each is 500k. You could potentially win *both* of these, meaning that you could be the lucky winner of 1million gold! Give it a go or you'll never know
Fancy a sign?
As well as the official competitions, I'm also going to make signs for every user who posts more than 50 times. You don't have to have one if you don't want to, I just thought it would be nice, as a thank you. :] The deadline for this will be Friday 5th March, so get posting!
Staff needed
I'm still on the lookout for some crew members here in Speaklife. Your role for now would be to concentrate on inviting new people to the guild. In the future you'll also be judging competitions etc. If you're interested at all, please let me know via PM. :)
Roleplaying & Anime/Manga *win 20k*
I'm interested in setting up a subforum for each of these. Although I'm interested in them, I wouldn't say I knew a great deal. If you know a lot about either subject, send me a PM. I'll create a subforum for them and you can write the first post, explaining a bit about the topic, what to talk about etc, which I will then 'sticky'. (See other subforums for examples of stickied threads.) I will award you 20k for your services :) (If you write the stickies for both roleplaying and anime&manga, you'll get 40k) - Hope that made sense, PM me for details!
