I've began to think about dieting and working out, i'm nearing 300lbs and wanna lower that number
but what diets are good? really all i need is one i can follow, and it is worth noting i'm addicted to noodles, so i know thats where it mostly comes from.
i've heard about weight watcher but does that cost? any info is beneficial
