There are many world's and sometime the relations between them don't go well. The worlds of Sorrow and Insanity, ruled by the Witches Dertah and Hallucination, attack the worlds of Light and Dark for their resources. Will the war by fueled or will it be stopped?
Guard duty... sucks. That was the one conclusion that Kira thought up. At the moment, she was the only one guarding the base. In a normal situation there would be about ten guards, but not with Kira. She was a high ranked officer, so of course she could handle the whole task by herself, if she didn't fall asleep first. Even now her blue eyes were starting to flutter closed and her body started to relax. So much for the saying 'Sorrowistic soldiers are worth twenty of any other.' Or maybe Kira just didn't care. It wasn't like they were gonna kick her out, after all.

Asa was trying to sneak into the base. She was a member of the dark word and she was a highly train theif thrown into the army for the dark world so she could pay her debt because she got caught. She sighs as she snuck by to see a girl gaurd falling asleep. 'She looks like the only one on duty! What luck!' she thoughs smileing. Her black hair was in a pony tail and was flowing behind her as she waited for Kira to fall alseep.

Kira's arms wrapped around her sword as she drifted off. The demonic girl knew better then to fall asleep but when had she ever used her brain? The answer was never. She was the blade of the army, not the brains. Heck she was probably the dumbest person in the whole army, but that wasn't her fault. It was common belief in Sorrow that people should only have one specialty, and her's that physical strength, so she didn't need her mind.

Asa smirked, this girl didn't look like the sharpest tool in the shed to her. Asa was fast, felexible, smart, and tiny. Boys in her world also said she was sexy but she ignored them, being pretty was in no need in her business. She waited pateintly as Kia drifted.

Kira's eyes finally shut and her mind drifted off into a peaceful slumber. But only her mind did. Within minutes her legs started to kick and she finger dug into the ground. She tended to hit things in her sleep and she wasn't even a very deep sleeper. That came from her little brother constantly waking her up at night when her started to chomp on her arm. He was a very hungry boy, but it annoyed Kir to hell and back that he had to bit her every single night. So she started whacking him on the head every time she heard him mumble in his sleep. Yet, somehow he slept through that. Talk about waste of effort.

Asa saw he go to sleep. She looked around and though, 'I just gota get behind her and if then she wakes up I can kill her.' Asa chuckled really silently at the fact then took a deep breath silently and let it out complete quite. She took a light step and it made a tiny sound, in this case any tiny sound was bad. Asa cringed as it was made and looked over to the gaurd in the chair. 'This is going to be harder then I though. one mess up and there'll probiy kill me... Well I would diserver it... Stop! think positive....mmmm... If I jump I can make it behind her in one leap and I could also have her dead... but thats risky....'

Kira's squirming continued, and even now she was starting to wake up again. It was just to cold out... In Sorrow, it was never above zero degrees, but those who were born here were used to it. Their systems made certain changes to warm them up. Kira's required that she get twelve hours of sleep a day, and her brother's required that he eat almost constantly. These were the two most common side effects. As a tiny noise was given up, Kira's eye remained closed, but her grip around her sword tightened.

Asa saw her grasp her sword and she flinched a bt of anger. 'Shiz!' She started thinking again. 'I'ma have to try this...' she closed her eyes and frowned a bit sad that she had to do this. She stood up straigh then quickly apeared behind the female gaurd and put her hand over her mouth. "Shhhh... be quiet and I won't kill you" Asa whispered in Kira's ear. Asa looked around, she was glad no one ws around and the fact she had gloves on.

A deep growl erupted from the little demon's throat. She was not gonna be quiet, for she didn't think this girl could kill her. Loosing all the muscles in her body, she slide out of the chair. Once she was on the ground, she got up and unsheathed her sword. She then studied the girl. To her they appeared like opposites. Kira was a pale, tiny girl, with short white hair and a figure that screamed, 'I'm a boy not a girl!'. But this girl got off with being pretty.
"Why does ever solider with a sharp pointy weapon think they can kill me? Goddess Eternia, if you wanted a promotion, there are many less dangerous and easier methods! Looks like I'll have to give you a few wounds before sending you back to training," Kira said, convinced that this was just another of her soldiers tryign to get a promotion from the leader. This one would get the same treatment as the others; a harsh kick in the a** and being sent back to training, which meant Kira got to kick them in the a** even more and they lost their rank.

Asa smirked a chuckled abit, she though it was bit funny this girl though she was on her side. Asa quickly went behind Kira, She then aim to paralyze her with a pressure point in her neck.

Kira whirled around, her sword out. She wasn't very fast, but making small movements could cover for speed. In most fights, Kira was never moved or forced back. She would stand still and just keep turning. She'd learned her lesson about fighting fast people, since thew first time she tried to fight Number One, the leader of the assassins squad. Kira would never be fast, but she was strong and had reflexes built into her, so she could make up for lost speed. "Come on soldier, you can do better then that? Or should I start calling you trainee?"

Asa jumped back a bit. Asa wipes out a nice thin katana that was tucked at her side. She zooms right by kira leaving a tiny cut on her cheak, blood started comeing done her face. Asa turns back and looks at Kira.

Kira didn't flinch at the cut, she had undergone experimental surgery to reduce the amount of pain she could feel. Pulling her sword back, she tried to jab at the other girl. "So, you were in the assassins unit? Then you could use more work," Kira said with a smirk.

Asa saw her coming from the corrner from her eyes and struck her sword backward aiming for Kira. She thrusted her katana back hopeing to hit her in a organ or something.

Kira let out a little hiss as girl cut open her side. The sword had slide of her armor and found an easier target were she hadn't guarded, but that sacrifice worth while. If there had bee no area of little tension, eventually the blade would have gone through the armor. It was quite funny how all Sorrowistic weapons were made of mythrial, the unbreakable metal, yet their armor was made of weaker metal. Most people would think that it would be the other way around, but they needed to take a little risk, or the war would be no fun.
The demon made another swipe with her sword. The point wasn't to hit the other girl, but she could already tell that this girl wasn't from Sorrow, and it was very easy to wait somebody in this weather. Speed was no help in this environment. Clothing was starting to freeze, and it would soon restrict their movement. Lucky for Kira, her clothes were made for this weather but she was sure the other girl's wasn't.
