how has running changed your life? it changed mine. i feel a certain type of feeling when i run that can't be duplicated anywhere else. i feel in control, free and open, nothing can stop me now.

when i run its like no one can stop me. all m thought are free. i feel like im not being judged. there is noone. i hae only on problem with running. The pain!!

haha, you guys are all describing what my team refers to as a "runner's high" ^_^
i dont think ive reached that point yet but more than anything running gives me a sence of accomplishment
