well hes not green cuz hes an alien hes a robot not an alien an alien robot dur!!!!anyways maybe its cuz zim wanted him to be green idk maybe thats it but oh well u know what else i dont get if he is supposed to act like a normal dog y doesnt anyone notice the fact that he picks up groceries or is green or walks on 2 legs or talks!!!!i think its kinda strange but ohwell cuz i luv it

I think the machine that made gir's dog suit was defective and tried to make gir look like a "normal" dog, but failed at it
