There are a few things you should keep in mind when creating an RP; there's nothing out of the ordinary here, but please briefly look over this thread to get a general idea of how to approach the creation of your roleplay.
_______LITERACY
While there is no literacy requirement for the guild itself, you should note in your roleplay what standard of literacy you require. This may range from casual (ie use of asterisks to denote actions and first person speech) to extreme literate (ie third person, non-omniscient, high grammar/spelling accuracy).
There are different interpretations of what may be considered casual/semi-literate and literate so please be sure to explain what your personal requirements are. For example, if I'm creating a literate thread that's conducted entirely in first person from the standpoint of each character, I would want to make that known in the rules of my thread.
_______SETTING
Make sure you explain where and when your RP is taking place. This forum is not restricted to Baka RPs only, but either way you should be clear about the setting of your roleplay.
If I want to create an RP that takes place at Fumizuki Academy but twelve years after all the canons have graduated, I would explain the current setting and make a note that all characters should be OCs (except perhaps the teachers).
This also holds true for any other RPs, whether series-based or original. For original RPs you don't need to specify a generation but (obviously) it helps if you explain the setting of your story so that everyone can stay on the same page.
