Story
Years after the defeat of Pein and of Madara, the villages have been rebuilt, new leaders have replaced the old, and a new threat lies on the horizon. The bijuu are all gone, having been destroyed in Madara's evil plot. Many of the heros who fought against them have vanished into legend. In the Village hidden in the leaves, a new generation of shinobi rises to make their name, training for battle and taking missions. In this now peaceful village, there is hope for peace throughout the ninja world,
However, there is also great evil in the world. Several of the lesser villages, (Otogakure, Takigakure, Tonbogakure, Yukigakure, etc) have united under the leadership of a single organizatrion: Kuroukou. Their goal is unclear, but the organization is made up of incredibly powerful shinobi, and cannot be taken lightly. Recent attacks against Kirigakure and Sunagakure have made it clear that these rebellious shinobi mean to overthrow the five kages, but to what end? Time will tell...

7: Sasuke succesfully rebuilt the Uchiha clan. No Mangekyo sharingans for anyone under the rank of ANBU/Jounin. Kimmimaro was NOT the last of the Kaguya Clan, you can be a Kaguya.
8: If you don't have the Sharingan or Byakugan (or a similar kekkei genkai) then you will not be allowed to use Chidori or Raikiri.

Bio: born mute, she was sold as a slave at a young age. escaped at the age of seven and lived as a street rat for three years. at age of ten she met a man who took her and another child to his partner. there Sasayaku learned to read, write and fight, making up for her unability to speak. at age 12 she was experemented on, and given a voice. spent two more years learning to speak properly. she is unable to speak loudly or yell, and if she tries she ends up coughing, somtimes even coughing up blood. she is quick thinking and agressive, often rushing into things when angry not caring about conciquences. untrusting and unforgiving, she wont hesitate to insult or cuss someone out. despite this she knows when she is outmatched or beat and will give up.

(Note: He typically wears a pale blue, short sleeved changshan with longer, wider white sleeves underneath. He also wears a violet sash and scarf, both very long and the sash is tied on the right side, dark blue pants and shoes and violet fingerless gloves which bear his clan's insignia on the backs, which is a swirling design similar to a yin-yang.)
Bio: Kiri came from the once great village hidden in the sky, which rivaled even konoha in the strength of its shinobi. Fortunately, they were not a power seeking village and kept peaceful terms with most of the other villages for a long time. However, the same could not be said for went on within the village's walls. Kiri was born to one of the rarest and most prodigious clans in his village, the carriers of the rarest kekkei genkai in the world of shinobi. The carriers of the Hateshiganai Sakura, the Eternal Blossom. At the same time of his birth, another child was born to their opposing clan, whose name was lost to history before his time, but they possessed a similar kekkei genkai to his own, if one that is far less beautiful. Kiri and this child grew up alongside each other and were complete opposites from the moment they met. While Kiri was exceptional in everything he did and was also kind to everyone he met, his rival was adequate at best as a ninja and hated everyone and only cared for himself. These differences resulted in his rival going insane and killing the seven shinobi who kept the village afloat in the sky, causing the village to fall into the sea outside Kirigakure. Kiri managed to escape along with his sister, but his rival escaped as well and used a barrier jutsu to seal everyone else within the sinking village, leaving them to drown. Kiri swore revenge and has pursued his rival for as long as he can remember, but he'd always elude him at the last possible second and disappear for who knows how long. During his time he met Naruto and many of those he had met as well. He considered his closest friend to have been Haku and he carries the repaired hunter-nin mask he wore as a way of honoring his death. He also met Kimimaro before Orochimaru found him and helped him escape during the attack on Kirigakure. He is currently staying in Konoha and has kept his sister in hiding for her own safety, even though she was just as exceptional as a ninja as he was.

Kekkei Genkai: Hateshiganai Sakura ( Eternal Blossom) As the name implies, this kekkei genkai allows the user to blossom once each year in order to keep from aging past a certain point. Eventually this act becomes habit and will occur almost automatically once the set date arrives. In addition to this, the user can also scatter themselves into millions of petals upon being hit or cut by an attack that otherwise would prove fatal or incredibly painful and then reform completely unharmed. Again, this becomes instinct over time and makes the user virtually indestructible. The weakness of this kekkei genkai, however, is the user's own neck, as a beheading is an instant death and thusly the user wouldn't be able to use this trait to survive the attack. This kekkei genkai also has some specific jutsus associated with it as most often do.
Special techniques: Hana-bushin no jutsu (flower clone jutsu), Boufuu sakura (petal storm) This jutsu creates countless petals that are controlled by the user's will and are sharp enough to slice through solid rock, however, they are very weak against fire-based techniques. Mebaeru sakura (blossoming flower) The only genjutsu among the techniques, this jutsu requires four hana-bushins to sacrifice themselves to surround the target with a certain scent that sends them into a trance-like state. While in this trance, the target will see the user appear before them out of a giant flower, which releases a second scent and completely paralyze the target, allowing the user to deal with them at their leisure. Kirikaze no mai (dance of the slicing winds) The user performs several spinning kicks and creates a torrent of slicing wind with each. It is similar to the wind-scythe jutsu in strength and appearance, but does not require the giant fan or anything similar. Sakura no mai (dance of the cherry blossom) The user performs several spinning, slashing and stabbing attacks with a bladed weapon of any size at very high speeds similar to Kimimaro's Tsubaki no mai (camellia dance)
Special Weapons: Twin ninja swords, similar to short katanas. A ring blade, held by a summoning scroll. A large scythe named violet dusk due to the color of the blade, also held within a summoning scroll. He also has weapon summoning scrolls hidden within his sleeves, categorizing him as a weapon user primarily, but he also developed his own taijutsu that, while similar to the gentle fist style, uses knowledge of the human body instead of the ocular powers of the byakugan. This style also incorporates powerful or rapid kicks that can produce both internal and external damage if placed properly.
