Pokemon Adventures has announced a HeartGold/SoulSilver Arc to start in April, according to Bulbapedia.
Which is fantastic. I've really missed Gold and Silver being the main characters.
Any ideas on what will happen in this new arc?

There a predictions. Some people think 'Kotone' is Kurt's daughter. (Girl gold caught the Teddiursa for) We're seeing new Team Rocket Admins, so either Sird or Carr took over since Giovanni's been incapacitated since FR/LG. I think it'll deal with the Shinto Ruins and Arceus.

I think they should use that Celebi arc where you travel back in time with it and see Giovanni.

Same...but I kinda doubt it at this point. I'm hopping for a reformed Pryce because of all the time/distortions in D/P and Platinum arc

I think it makes perfect sense to get alittle background to Silvers mom. Pryce = win

Is the DP arc over already!?
My favorite generation of pokemon are Johto...which is why I'm definitely wanting the game SoulSilver. I can't even imagine what epicry is going to occur in pokemon special, considering I haven't yet played the games.
I hope we'll be seeing the return of johto gym leaders like Morty, and more Johto pokemon get spotlight.
Also, welcome back, Team Rocket! biggrin

Don't mind me. Just delivering the goods.  Spoils: HGSS:
So, Grade 4 commenced the HGSS series in its April issue, with the first part relating to the teaser we saw in Ichiban last month (the first page is even identical). Then, we see that Gold is actually facing the creator Pokemon, Arceus. Gold doesn't understand why he is now fighting Arceus when he originally came to help it. Explotaro uses Blast Burn on Arceus, Gold still pulls down his goggles like he always does. Unfortunately, one single Hyper Voice from Arceus is able to throw back Gold's entire team. Gold tells his team to hold on, at least til Silver comes.
Then the story dates back to a few weeks earlier, where we see Silver heading to Lance's secret chamber at the Whirl Islands, splitting the waterfall and taming the whirlpool while surfing over like he did before. Lance is nowhere to be found however, and we find out that Silver actually came because there have been recent incidents in Johto which seem to mimick the pattern of evil deeds TR did before, suggesting that someone is resurrecting the team. Silver was hoping that Lance had more info.
Clair suddenly shows up, and gets hostile towards Silver because she thinks that he did something to Lance. Truth is, Lance called up Clair earlier, but the call was cut off midway, and she was unable to contact him again afterwards. Before Silver and Clair could finish their talk, they find themselves surrounded by a gang of Koffings. Silver sends out his team (Ursaring is absent) to easily fight them down, and Clair is shocked to see Feraligatr's Hydron Cannon. After the fight, Sneasel and Murkrow evolve with their held items.
One of the Koffings who is holding something in its mouth tries to escape, but Sneasel uses Thief to snatch its item before it leaves, revealing it to be a Plate. Clair reveals that although she didn't hear Lance well because of the bad signal, she did hear the keywords, Safari Zone, Plate and Arceus. And so the new Safari Zone to the west of Cianwood is where Silver heads next.
Meanwhile, at the Cliff Cave next to Cianwood, it seems to be where the new HQ of the regrouped Team Rocket is. We see Carr, who is leading the reformed grunts and believes that he has finally grabbed the position he longed for 3 years ago. However, an Arbok suddenly hurls him down, and voices come on to say that only Giovanni alone is the true leader of Team Rocket.
