Anyone played around with it at all? Using energy to manipulate a flame? I've found it's easiest to start out with a kitchen match (y'know those thick wooden ones) and progress on from there. I can now put out ten at a time.. ever progressing further, without it ever touching the wood. Have attempted to put out a candle, to no avail. I can turn it green though, which I thought was pretty interesting. Would like to hear feedback from the rest of you, regarding this or any other type of energy manipulation.

Ok, no laughing. I have a friend who knew somebody that could do really cool things with flames. He said she was the only person he ever met who could turn a flame green at will. We were burning leaves one day and I decide to try it. I tried a few times, and no kidding the flame turned green. Once I got the flames to turn green it became easier. I got witnesses to watch me turning the flame green. I just thought I was THE COOLEST thing ever. I was was going to be the fire woman.
Well when the flames burned themselves out, we found a copper hanger in the ashes. Copper of course turns flames green. Yeah, the Goddess has a sense of humor.

No I have never really tried that again, however I do do meditations and scrying with a flame, the blue part of the flame, as far as manipulating though no not really. I should try again though, probably will eventually. The person who was friends with the fire woman, told me that for all I know I was turning the fire green and I should try again. Maybe, but I think burnt copper in your remnants is a pretty big sign.
I work with a group and we practice stuff with energy fields (or auras if you'd rather) we feel we are very successful but there is no hard evidence for that sort of thing

Most of the time, we only work with our own energies to balance them within ourselves. However, Lately we've been moving to working with the elements and other outer influences. I personally would like to try to figure out the energies of my computer and either know when it's about to crash so I can save everything, or get it to type without my having to use my fingers... that would certainly be handy. razz
