-- Arena Description --
From a birds eye view, the inside of the stadium is an ellipse spanning 100 yards long and 75 yards wide. As shown above, almost every element is represented somewhere on the field, giving everyone an equal advantage within the arena. the walls of the arena are incredibly solid and can any amount of punishment, even from the highest level jutsu. Here's a bit more of a description:
Lava Pool : It is what it sounds like... a pool of lava kept in place by a stone rim. The lava boils and bubbles constantly as it is continuously heated from below. This area is preferred most by Fire users, who are able to draw much more fire to their techniques then usual due to their proximity to such a high heat source. (Fire Jutsu - +50% strength)
River : The 'River' as it is referred to is actually more like a spring then anything else. It is 4 feet deep at all points, but it's surface is completely level with the grass fields. When water is removed from the river, more water from an underground spring quickly replenishes it. (Water Jutsu - +50% strength - Lightning Jutsu +50% effectiveness [when target is wet])
Forests : A crude name for the small groupings of trees, but it does bear some resemblance to a small section of forest, complete with underbrush and gnarled trees. the large trees are large enough to stand on and have far reaching branches the connect and wind around the other trees. This is a good place to find cover from attacks or to set up traps. (Note: The trees are fireproof... because I say so.)

 A flirtatious and playful woman, Sphere uses her body and looks to confuse and distract while using her unique crimson orbs to create barriers that block and distort an enemy's attacks. A master of several taijutsu styles, Sphere likes to engage her opponents up close and personal, but prefers to use her barriers to halt her opponent's attacks and momentum, allowing her to attack from strange and unusual angles.

She had watched the last match and now she was the second battle to be seen. Outou's fellow Mist genin had no information to offer about her opponent and she wondered if the opponent, Kingu, knew anything of her. The two straps over her chest were now hand sewed back to their original strength after a kunai had cut across her chest and slashed through some of the straps as well. A small, thin line ran horizontal across her chest, whiter than the rest of her pale skin from the kunai wound, healed by Pearl. However, running vertically down her breastplate and through the kunai wound was a large gash, held tight by thick, black tendrils which kept her chest sealed shut and kept her second heart firmly placed inside her.
Running horizontally in her lower back was a large summoning scroll containor, no markings could be seen as to what it could summon. On her right hip, the Kurama clan sword with its chain of round, spiked links dangling down from its hilt. Her left hip held a fan with razor sharp metal edges hidden in its folds.

Approaching from the 'forest' Kingu took time to observe his opponent from the cover of a tree, his arsenic Rinnegan hues peering intently at her from above. His approach had been strategic, hiding amonst the top tier branches with the sun framing his back and casting a shadow exclusively on the tree trunk.
He would note anything that he could: weaponry analysis, headband visibility, physique, stance, ect. With these checks noted the eleven year old genin tightened the clean indigo sash around his waist, making sure his yukata was firmly attached. His pouches were full and the simplistic looking katana at his left hip had been attended before the battle.
"Sword and chainlink. Fan. Large summoning scroll," he noted, mentally marking out his attack before dipping gloved fingers into his pouch...
Outou might catch a figure dashing to the side, only to be hidden by another tree. During this motion two kunai made a beeline for her, moving at a standard genin speed but armed with visible explosive tags (two). They were not directly aiming for her however, instead landing within a foot of her on both sides. When they landed the tags were already flame, prescious few centimeters being burnt off until an explosion of molten sharpnel and earth covered a five meter radius around her.

As she fled toward the river two more explosive tag knitted kunai arced from the tree's and splashed into the river. Since his section of the forest was on the other side of the river from his opponent he had the advantage of range. Once nestled within the small river the tags detonated, creating a wave of steaming hot water that would stretch toward Outou and deliver scalding burns and make the sand muddy and very easy to slip in.
Behind the cover of this steaming wave came three shruiken aiming for the girls torso. Kingu then switched locations from the tree, to keep himself hidden. The shruken, hidden from view because of the wave would inflct moderate damage to her stomach and lung regions.

.:. Hahaha that's my fault. I shoulda specified. I'm logging soon so would you have problems with me saying I was in the south but I launched the kunai at an angle to create the waves. And my shruiken are no longer covered by the wave and are fully visible? Is that fine? Sorry for the miscommunication >.>.:.

The wave of hot water crashed down behind her, Outou unharmed. Pink eyes now trained on the forest, searching for signs of any movement, hands still limp at her sides, waiting. She had a bored, uncaring look on her face.

She has yet to use any long ranged techniques so i'll mark her as a close ranged kunoichi. However she does have that heavy summoning scroll and two weapons so she may be a weapons specialist...So why doesn't she launch any ranged attacks, im obviously in the tree's...
With those thoughts rolling through his head, Kingu made sure his body was fully hidden from sight by foliage, tree branches, and the sun's positioning. However it appeared the time for stealth was over when a figure dropped from the high tree's and charged towards her, katana drawn and swooping in for a diagonal slice from left to right.

Without a word, her hands came up to her chest and formed a single hand sign, slight chakra in her eyes. She did this quickly, efficiently, and professionally. "Beautiful Delusion." She whispered, summoning a B-ranked genjutsu of her own making. As Kingu was facing her, their eyes would meet and that was all she would need to activate the genjutsu.

Description:
Once the victim makes eye contact with the user, the victim falls into the genjutsu. The jutsu itself deludes the victim into seeing the desires hidden deep within their heart, making them fall prey to these desires and ultimately forgetting all that is happening around them, leaving them completely open to any attack. The user of this particular genjutsu must, at all times, keep eye contact with the victim. If either blink, or the eye contact between them is otherwise broken, the genjutsu cancels out.
However, the victim will not be able blink at all*, as it is in the user's eyes that they can see those desires. Should the victim survive through the genjutsu, the desires they had seen may have felt so utterly real to the victim, that they may fall into a obsessive-like state, wanting the fall under the power of the genjutsu once again.
Beautiful Delusion uses little chakra and only a single hand sign but long periods of use of this jutsu may leave the user blind for a period of time as the brain would have gotten used to using chakra, not the actual eyes, as a way of seeing. The longer the jutsu is used, the longer the user may fall blind. If the user is tricked and ends up seeing their own eyes, then it is the user that falls victim to the genjutsu and will not be able to escape
it until the eye contact is broken.*If the victim is of same or lesser rank than the user.

As the genin charged toward Outou and she performed her genjutsu is became apparent it had no effect on him, shown by the unfaltering steps and confident movements that brought the katana whizzing toward her form with the intent to draw blood. However the blade was insubstantial and would pass through her body as the simple Clone technique faded into a harmless gust of smoke....
Unfortunately the technique ONLY broke because of three kunai, released from Kingu's location and traveling, hidden, behind the clone until they cut into it. This action dispelled the clone, while at the same time most likely hitting their targets due to the being hidden behind the clone.
One would land right between her feet, the other placed behind her while the final one most likely slid into an unarmored portion of her chest. It became apparent all three held explosive tags but just as they landed Kingu's disembodied voice came from the ground level of the forest, near a small clump of tree's.
"Forfeit immediately or I will detonate the explosive tag behind you, most likely inflicting powerful burns and stabbing you with shrapnel. Attempt to form a handseal or move both of yours hand towards a weapon or closer together and I well detonate the one between your legs and blow them apart,"

Heading to the left, away from the river and trees and towards the open plains and sand dunes instead, not even realising the kunai were heading her way until the first one landed. Outou lacked physical strength but she made up for it with speed and agility. When she heard the kunai land, pink eyes turned and faced the trees once more, her legs stopping, outside the explosive blast's range. She faced the trees completely, eyes narrowed slightly. She was further away from them now and she continued to stand and wait with an passive look. She realised she'd been tricked, but at least she now knew what her opponent looks like. He was younger than her, of that she wasn't completely surprised - being nineteen herself - but how young he was did catch her off-guard slightly. Still, a battle is what it is. She wouldn't give the kid any special treatment.
