Pale white skin normally turns a gorgeous shade of brawns in the more summer like months. Pale blue eyes always seem to be somewhere els. Her thin body profile draws lots of attention. Always bad however. She weighs a striking one hundred twenty two pounds, and standing five ft seven. Thats not alot. If seen in a bathing suit, her ribcage can be seen when she stretches. As well as her collar bone. Broad hip bones make themselves well known in any attire. She tends to dress how ever she feels. Mostly things that require little attending to. Shorts and a shirt, to a comfy sundress and tights. White hot blonde hair is infact, natural. She normally wears it down and over her shoulders, however when she's on the job she'll wear occasional ponytails or bun.

Lauren's personality is known as an Addictive personality, a single trait that can be as minute as a not being able to put down a bag of yummy chips, to not being able to stop sniffing coke. This little trait has gotten her into big trouble. Compassionate for what she believes in and always relentless, Giovanni saw somthing special in this girl. And with good reason. With a drive that surpassed even her supperiors, she was desntined a spot right next to Giovanni himself. However in a turn of events she's now barely hanging on to the well known organization. With being a member of Team Rocket, she's seen as a ruthless skumbag. Who will do anything, and kill anything to get that next check. However she couldn't be further from it. This is why she interested Richard Giovanni in the first place. Sharing morals of a true leader. With tall confidence and a knack for battleing. Lauren went from grunt to executive in less then a year. Months following this however she began to spend her money on less gracious things. It was small at first, pills and weed. This soon escalading to much harder drugs, mostly coke. She fell apart and within months her spot as a Region Leader, and that seat right next to Giovanni dissapeared. Barely holding on now, she needs to shape up to be back on top once more. She loves her pokemon more then anything, and they alone are the reason she truely is quitting. As for the pokemon she steals, she cares for them also. But as far as the trainers concerned, she couldn't give a care if they became a corpse. When she's high, she's often distant, quiet and laughs at out of time moments. Her focus is gone, but so is any mental anguish. She's in Other world. Her own world. She has no drive, no purpose, always withdrawn. However when she's not high, Lauren is a force not to be played with. Alert, and always the center of attention. She's sarcastic and near giddy. Her love for her pokemon is clear for all to see, as is her drive for Team Rocket. Will she be able to shake off the freezing-hot withdrawl as the drugs dicipate or will she continue into an early grave...
