I see the guild here is pretty slow, but I need some accountability, so I'll be posting these 100-word fitness updates. Here's the first:
212.6 lbs today...up a frightening 1.4 lbs from yesterday. I am actually feeling under the weather today, so I.m not doing much in the way of exercise. I did walk to the library and back, but that's barely 10 minutes. I haven't been eating much, but I think I'm gaining water weight for whatever reason. Does illness do that? Hopefully, a good night's sleep will settle me. Note: walking/jogging while under-dressed for the freezing weather yesterday may have helped bring this on. Lot's of vitamin C and water for you, pal! Time to just rest, drink and read my book.
