Carved discreetly on the door to the broom closet under the stairs, in the main tavern area, is a small symbol, a Fox, on a black diamond, holding a key in its mouth. Normally this door leads to a small broom closet, but when the symbol is activated, the back wall opens to reveal a set of stone steps leading downward into the flickering torch lit dark. As you descend the steps the walls change from plaster to stone and the air takes on a damp quality the floor is flagstone. The air has the damp chill common to caves and the walls seam to have been hewn from the solid rock. As you step off the last step there is a slight click, the door slides shut behind you and in front the wall lights up whit a string of lights. this is the beginning of the Thieves Labyrinth which you must pass to join the guild.
