Sorry that I removed the previous two posts. I thought it would be best to combine them here since a few of you seem to feel badly about this.

Alexander Mcqueen.
1969 - 2010
Some of McQueen's accomplishments included being one of the youngest designers to achieve the title "British Designer of the Year", which he won four times between 1996 and 2003. In 2005 McQueen collaborated with Puma to create a special line of trainers for the shoe brand.
McQueen became the first designer to participate in MAC's promotion of cosmetic releases created by fashion designers. The collection, McQueen, was released on 11 October 2007 and reflected the looks used on the Autumn/Winter McQueen catwalk. The greatest of all his accomplishments was being a loving son and great brother to his siblings. He has changed many peoples lives and he will be missed.
Though The Closet is a fashion aimed website and Mcqueen was a famous fashion designer of our age I would like everyone to not simply think of him as a image behind a label but what he was in life. Whether you were a follower of his styles and trends he was also a great son and brother and obviously his family has suffered greatly because of his death and his mother's only a few days before.
As of now it seems it was suicide but even that has not been confirmed so I wouldn't like huge rumors to start here. But his mother did die only a few days before and he had to hve been greatly distraught over this. People now a days are going thrugh such tragic times even when we are not in a recession. Please if you have a friend or family member or know anyone who you think is a risk to themselves please do not hesitate to find help for them. Because taking one's own life is 'usually' quick and ina moment of sorrow, fear or desperaion. Now I know the world is not always a great place but it has so many good things even if its hard to see them now a days. So please be there for those who need help.
Please don't just take a moment of thought just because he was a designer but because he was another human, another one of us who sadly couldn't handle the situation.
Bellow you could write your thoughts and feelings not jsut for Mcqueen but for anyone you hvae lost and miss dearly.
Thank you for reading this.
