Yesterday when i was watching the Parade of Nations and opening ceremony of the Winter Olympics, I had no idea one competetor had died only hours before the official start sad

It would have been his first Olympics, how devastating cry

I know, it's so tragic! I can't believe there aren't standards that have to be met about how fast a luge track can go! I suppose it was a relatively good way to die, though... doing what he loved, being mourned by the entire world.
