I would have Ichigo be controled by his hollow and both him and Kenpachi try and take over the Soul Society.

Toshiro would become head captain, I'd take over his squad, my two buds would be Vices, and I'd shoot lightning from my blade!

It would be complete crack explaining how none of the Espada and higher up Numeros are really dead.
Like Szayel, for example. I went and reversed the poison and got him to live in my basement.

Everything would stay the same; bleach is perfect! Well, actually, i guess i would get rid of the bounts, i didnt really like those seasons

i would make an arc about another wrong experiment by the 12th division which made the the new a ninth squad captain a vampire who sucks not blood but spiritual energy. Then as time goes on he finds out he was not the only one who got turned. there where some which were good vampires which fed on hollow and then the evil one which fed on shinigami. the captain then makes a team that masters there new found abilities which is the the ability to move 10 times faster than shunpo and sonido, and to randomly shoot out the spirit energy they acquired. this team then battles the bad vampires in order to save seritei

I would have an episode or so just dedicated to each Espada's life (before they died, their life as an espada, daily life ect) and with Nnoitra's, there would be lotsa hints at NnoiTes yaoi!!!
