For especially the people that just read chapter 104, share your thought on the ending (If there will EVA be an ending...) and tell us your theories on the story.
Will Al get his body back?
Is everyone dead for good, or will the laws be bended by the end?
Will Ed end up with Winry?
And most importantly, will Ed die like in the original anime, video game, and the Chinese fan video game, Bluebirds illusion? (...I hope not.... crying )
These are some of the questions I have regarding the series. Here you can tell us any theory you know or have heard.

Hee~ The manga certainly is at a climax right now. <3
Now, I've never seen the ending of EVA (Yah, I know. emo ), but I don't think that things are going to go to complete hell. I still think that not only will Al get his body back, but so will Ed get his limbs, Roy his eyesight, and possibly Izumi and Hoenhiem get their sins erased.
I forsee some sort of epic battle of some sort, of which the gang gets kicked around and stuff for a bit before someone puts two and three together to get five. Probably Ed, as I've noticed he tends to think best after being knocked around a bit. (I blame Izumi's training. ;D)
Now as to everyone in Amestris, I don't think that they are truly dead, just without their souls. I think that our group of heros can find a way to separate Father from the souls of Amestris, possibly after the epic battle. XD But I'm not sure how long a body can last without a soul, in Barry's case they put another soul in his body-so I'm assuming not for too long. Also in the case of Xerses (I hate the official English spelling of this place...), everyone died physically, although it did seem that Father went one way, Hoenhiem stumbled the other, and kinda left the bodies... >___>;; At least to me.
Ed totally's gonna end up with Winry. <3 And I think that there might be some more Roiai, and Al and Mei are still looking solid. XD
I highly doubt that Ed'll die like in the anime. Or video game. Or BBI. Boy, Ed sure does die a lot.... >____> The anime was supposed to be very different from the manga so as to not spoil the ending. I have faith in Arakawa that it'll still surprise us though. =)
Now I have a question: Do you think Riza and the Chimera's, Scar and Bradly were able to escape the soul removal? You see the black sphere engulf them, but you don't see them among the fallen. Unless I missed it of course. So if they are still alive, can they now make it to our heros?
Also Greedling. He probably passed them. =) Maybe he let them in?

I'm pretty sure that Hawkeye and the others are still alive, mainly because they were inside the black sphere. Heres some theories for that reasoning:
1.) You have to notice that after the chaos ended, you see that May-chen was still alive, and she was inside the dark blob with them, so you have to assume that they are still alive as well.
2.) The general guy who was tied to the chair was pleading with the other sloders to take him to the center, or his soul was going to be taken, so I'm guessing that the dark blob was the center.
Those are just 2 of my theories. 3nodding

It turns out the Hommunculi are all nice people and all the bad guys were playing a massive prank. Then, Hughes appears and says "LOL I faked mah death I is not aktually ded" and then everyone laughs and has a massive party, then Al takes off his helmet and suit of armour and is all "OMG my body was fine dah whole time" and then everyone laughs and has a massive party where Roy TOTALLY makes out with Riza and Winry accepts when Ed proposes TEH END.

What a let down that was! I wasted precious time buying the manga and bothering to follow the plot and then my ending pretty much happens anyway, minus a few details...
