Yes yes, I'm definately going to see it! After all, it will have a few of my favorite actors (Johnny Depp, Alan Rickman, Helena Bonham Carter, and Anne Hathaway) and it will be in 3D! I'm not usually one for 3D, but with how awesome 3D is these days I can't help but get giddy about it! And thanks for having an information thread! Though, if you don't mind, I'm going to add another link for information about the movie on a movie database website:

I cant wait to go and see it! It comes out on the last day of my science additional exams which are scary so it will be a nice weldone prezzie lol. I love how Tim Burton makes all his films dark i cant wait to see this one, im glad the Mad Hatter has a good role in this too.

I'm watching it also for Elfman's score... and the fact it's Alice in Wonderland of course. ^_^
But... I am very interested in the Caterpillar's role in the movie, he's the keeper of something called the Oraculum (apparently a never-ending calender of the days of Underland)... and he has a name in this moive; Absolem.
If you look on the tracks for Elfman's score, there's one called 'Finding Absolem'.
Also... he wears a monocle. XD

Oh most definitely! Though the Caterpillar from the animated version will always be my favourite, I'm sure this new Caterpillar shall be awesome too!
Also, the Cheshire Cat and the Jabberwock interest me. I hope they have the Jabberwock at least looking a bit like the original illustration from the books, he's the coolest looking dragon I know.
The Cheshire Cat looks great already. ^_^

OMG! I just found out today that Timothy Spall is in this movie! I have this weird obsession with Timothy Spall, so I'm super excited to hear he'll be in this!
((Timothy Spall plays Peter Pettigrew in Harry Potter, Nathaniel in Enchanted, Nick from Chicken Run, the Beadle in Sweeney Todd, and now the Bloodhound in Alice in Wonderland))
So yeah, I'm really excited and such now. Just saying.

Anyway yes, there are only a few pictures of him on the internet. I'm so glad they have him with the hookah though, I was worried Disney might not allow it in the movie because didn't they used to have a ban on tobacco stuff in their movies or something?
His antennae are cute...
