Up high on one of the cliffs in Sunagakure is a huge wide space designed for training in.
The area is protected at the sides by a large metal fence that means people won't be able to fall out to their deaths and that people won't just go breaking through it.
Anyone is allowed in but often there are fights going on and so, it's not always safe to just walk in.
It's not forbidden to use powerful jutsu but it is highly discouraged as the metal that holds the trainers from certain death is not invincible. A powerful jutsu could easily smash it away.
The training ground has nothing special in it and no equipment apart from some rocks, if you could even count those as equipment. You are expected to bring your own things and anyone who fails to do so will just have to go back and pick it up.
The grounds are quite large however, making up for their otherwise poor quality. They are large enough for five separate fights to take place at once without affecting each other.

Sasoriza entered the training grounds, hands in her pockets, sulking. She was always sulking now a days. She hardly had anything to do and the Chunin exams felt like a life time away. She hated being bored. For god's sake, she had ADHD! She needed to do something. She aimed a light kick at a rock and ended up running up the sides and balancing herself on the tip. Jumping off the rock, she walked over to the metal, chain-linked fence and glanced down. The sheer drop took her breath away, and it made her forget her hyperness for a split second. But that was it. She looked away and dropped to the ground, leaning against the fence, and sighed, closing her eyes and snapping her goggles on, helping to block out the heat from the sun on her closed eyelids.
"I wish I had a mission."

Seeing Sasoriza as though she was upside down, Sol smiled at her apparent boredness. He was in a one-hand-stand, meditating, or at least he was until the younger Genin walked onto the Grounds. Gathering strenght in his arm, Sol lauched himself six feet into the air, twisting and flipping until he landed gracefully on his feet about ten feet from Sasoriza. Picking up his No-Dachi and slinging it over his right shoulder, he called out as he walked towards her. "Hey, you look like you could use some cheering up!" A friendly smile appeared on his face as he took a seat next to her. "Wanna train a little? Or maybe find a place to eat?"

Sasoriza looked up and smiled weakly at Sol. "Hey, Sol...Do I look that bored?" She asked and blew out another sigh as he sat next to her. "Let's find something to eat...I can't be bothered to train today...There's no use if we don't have any missions..." She muttered the last sentence mostly to herself and got to her feet, yawning. She stretched and looked back at Sol. "Well, you suggested it. Aren't you coming?"

 Hopping up, Sol slid his sword into it's carrying loops on his hip. "Yeah, I'm comin`. Got any ieas where we can get anythin decent? Makn sure his weapons ad gearwere secure, he flipped onto his hands and began walking next to Sasoriza in that manner. He felt immensely happy for some reason, and couldn't kep it contained to any ordinary movements. "How about some Ramen or sushi?"

Sasoriza looked at her friend and couldn't help but smile. It felt as if Sol's hyperness was making her own ADHD come back. "How about Ramen? I haven't had a decent bowl of ramen since forever." As if on cue, her stomach growled. "And that's the siggie. Let's go!" She made a face at Sol's position and tugged at his ankle.

Almost losing his baance wth her tuggng on his akle, Sol hopped on on hand as he got his balance back. "Yeah, let's head to the market! Bound to be some good ramen somewere down there!" fliping back on his feet, he began to jog towards the steps down to the village. "Race ya!"

"H-hey! No fair!" Sasoriza yelled, shaking her fist after him, but then running as fast as she could. She caught up with him, but then passed him, as she stuck out her tongue and raced ahead. "You're forgetting who you challenged, Sol!" She crowed.

Laughing, Sol ran faster after her. "Maybe, maybe not! But I'm buying!" He loved being with his fellow villagers, especially when they liked being around him too. He couldn't wait to get some good Ramen in his stomach.
