User Image

After leading the demonic Chaos twins deeper into the mountains that surround the Holy City, the leaders of Light and Darkness have teamed up to take out the biggest threat to their world since the Dark Lord himself was born. With the fate of their factions, and quite possibly mankind itself, in immediate danger, these two great men turn to face what just may be their end.

Tokushi kept moving, having retracted the majority of his armor to increase his speed. The face revealed was handsome, and any who gazed upon it would find it hard to believe that he was far past his late twenties. His outfit beneath the armor was of oriental design, and the thin fabric didn't seem as if it would keep out the cold on this snowcovered mountain. Long, glossy black hair whipped out behind him as he continued on his way, dodging between the trees with astounding speed. After watching this dark-haired man for longer than a few seconds, one couldn't help but come to the conclusion that he was not human. Looking at his eyes, one could also tell his origin. Dark, dark eyes swirled with malice and bloodlust, showing the darkness deep in the man's heart. As he neared the mountain, the silky clothes that covered his body began to harden and expand, turning back into the armor that all Dark Knight's wore. It increased his height by at least half a foot, and his thin frame expanded to one of a large bodybuilder. He hadn't been paying attention to whether or not the Chaotic Twins had followed him, and had lost his goody-goody partner altogether. Hopefully he was already at the designated place, where finally this dark soul could turn and attack as he longed to do. Until then, the now thinly armored man continued toward the red-peaked mountain that grew ever closer.
The Clash of Century was soon to begin.

This isn’t the first time he’s taken it upon himself to stand against the darkness of the land. The holy city, his Garden of Eden--it was given to him to defend against any and all threats to the realm.

The first was against a man. No, “man” is too nice of a word. Throughout the lands, he’s known as a beast. Everywhere he passes, he leaves destruction in his wake. Feared by all, known as the king of demons--some say he is the sole reason demons have been given the ability to pass over into this realm. His name is Tokushi, and he is the Metal Tyrant King.

Neo stood against the so called king and, through what became known as the Great War, he fended off the demon, thus thwarting his invasion of the Holy Land. Ever since, the two have stayed local to their own domains, never setting foot within another’s land. However, the dark lord’s presence still haunts the world. Like snakes, his lesser demons continuously assault that which is not theirs.

One by one, each demon falls by the angel’s hand, but one by one, they continue to march on. Even as we speak, a horde is threatening the sanctity of Eden, but right now, they’ll have to wait.

A bigger threat has entered into the mix. One which has declared war against not only Eden, but the entire world. Neo has seen been unfortunate enough to witness its power firsthand. With a powerful wave, chaos has banished him from the dimension of the spirits. Now it has crossed over, and with it an upsurge of commotion. The demons have become infused with its presence. The natural order of things is slowly falling apart.

Just recently, the arch angel has spoken with the knights of the land, an act that has never been recorded since the dawn of this world. He spoke with them of the upcoming danger and has since departed. Whether or not they heed his warning or ignore it has yet to have been determined, but regardless, this force must be stopped. It is his duty to defend the land, and he will so long as his vessel draws breath.

His sword is at the ready, his light is ever shining, he stands at the summit of the mountain staring down the chaotic presence once again. They’ve taken on the form of children. How does one react to that? How does he? Is he caught off guard? Is he surprised? Do angels feel these same emotions that mortals do? All he does is stare at the two. One boy, one girl. A quick look to his eyes reveals the same countenance he’s always had. Empty isn’t the right word for it, but it’s close. No, it’s the opposite. It’s full. Full of light, full of hope, full of some sort of divine flame.

He attacks.

His movement is like lightning bolting across the sky. The wind gives way to the storm of his conviction. Today, chaos returns back into the darkness. Today, the reign of chaos shall surely end.

Return to the Spirit World, ye demons.

"I am bored." the young voice echoed in the surrounding mountains. A pout came across the pale face as Sister crossed her arms against her chest. The winds picked up for a second, playing with her blond hair, tickling her nose. She kicked a little rock on her way and came to a stop, turning to Brother.

"I said...I am bored!" she emphasized as if he had not heard. Her eyes stared at him with annoyance and she sighed.

They had been traveling around, destroying, killing, torturing where they passed. The Nobodies Tavern, the Lake had been the witness of their chaos. But it had now been a while since they last fought...or even met anyone. Where they scared? Had someone warned them? Sister had first smirked at the idea. As they had passed the first deserted village, she had shouted. 'You cannot hide from us!' but silence had been her only answer. Deserted villages were followed by emptied towns. To her dismay, they were unable to even scent, feel, spot someone. As if the inhabitants of the Kingdom had disappeared.

Her smirk was long gone and replaced by anger when they reached the feet of the mountains on which they knew the Holy City was standing, although they could not see it. Sister was joyful at the idea of destroying this sacred place, but first she had to be patient and find it. Well...she was not a patient type of...being.

While Sister was getting seriously irritated, a rabbit made the mistake of crossing the twins' path. In a second it was reduced to a little pile of ashes and Sister had found her smile and eager back. She was now joyfully circling around the ashes, dancing and rolling and laughing.
She grabbed Brother's hands.
"Come dance with me! Little rabbit...rabbit...is now dead...ashes is the ...rabbit!" She span again and again, as her young eyes smiled and laughed in front of destruction.

Her dance came to a brutal stop when she spotted a storm. She tilted her head sideways staring at it. A second later she was still smiling, but there was a different hint to it.
"There is someone there!" she clapped her hands. "Someone strong!"
"Brother look! Look! There is someone who wants to fight!" she added at the sight of the lightening striking the skies.

She blinked a moment. "Is he attacking?" she asked without moving. "Oh I think he is! Oh yes he is! Yes yes yes!!!!" she shouted and jumped and danced and shriek and rolled of the floor, on the rabbit ashes, scattering them all over herself with great pleasure!

"I know Sister..." The embodiment called back, a frown on his face."
Why was this world so boring?
Nothing seemed to be fun... and all was quiet around them.
As if everyone had stopped and died.
That was definitely not fun.

"I know, I know!" the boy called again, a deep frown forming to fix upon his face, becoming annoyed at everything.
That was...until a poor soul became a victim of their happenstance.
Brother smiled, taking pleasure upon the decimation of the little rabbit that had crossed their path.
Pleased as his Sisters Joy, He spun with her, a sick smile upon his face.
"Ashes! Ashes!"
He laughed aloud as he spun.

A storm...
Brother stopped, smiling unto the storm. His eyes holding a deep malevolence only compared to his sisters.
"Very strong... and another..."
Brothers eyes dilated unto the distance... seeing a dark presence approaching with the light.
Souls to be devoured.
"He is attacking sister!"
Brother shrieked with joy, his eyes and face showing a childish interest.
"Come Sister! Come! Lets Play! Play!"
Bother took his sister by the hand, leading her up... up into the skies, to meet the very storm.

Brother placed his left palm out, his smile becoming a sickly sweet and wicked grin.
"Look Sister! Look! Look!"
Deadly energies began to swarm from his fingers as he tipped them outwards.
From his hand came a deadly pulse of white energy, in the shape of a ring, moving forward at ungodly speeds.
the energy had the power of blowing the skies away... and decimate all who were reckless in an assault.

"Fun! Fun! Join me sister!"
He said, still smiling and holding out his hand.
Brother shot three more in random directions, itching to cause any destruction.
The only hits were the ground... leaving a crater at least a mile deep, steaming and pouring fel energies.
The third aimed at a mountainside, which was promptly disintegrated.
"Fun! Fun! Fun!"

Hearing the loud destruction behind him, the Dark Lord turned. He was about halfway up the mountain now, his body fully hidden by his thick armor. The long, blood-red snakes of his hair were fanned out around him, itching to strike at the young flesh around the sibling's necks. He looked up and behind him, at the sight of the avenging angel on the top of the cliff. What a total show off, that guy was. Turning back to the sight of the horrid chaos twins, the dark lord's eyes turned to an angry red. The armor on his left arm and fingers elongated and sharpened to form into a large blade. It was thinner than normal, as to help speed up his reaction time. He would need to move faster than normal if he was to destroy those children.
And he was most definitely going to destroy them.
Spreading his arms wide, poisonous mercury began to drip from his very pores. Each step he took now left behind a path of decay and poison. The snake heads bobbed and weaved as their small black eyes remained focused on the twins. Taking a single step back, he shoots backwards a good quarter of a mile as he dodges one of the random blasts from the boy. Placing his hands palm to palm, he shoots them forward towards the twins and a spout of thick liquid mercury shoots forth and at the twins. They were paying more attention to the Holy Lord, and Tokushi's attack had a chance at hitting them.

She let herself pulled by Brother with a joyful smile. The smile widened when they reached the first stormy winds and electrical arcs.
"This is so nice!" she applauded, letting go of her Brother's hand.
She stared at his hand glowing of power.
"So pretty...so shiny....!" she exclaimed with impressed eyes.

She followed the shots as they crashed on the floor and the mountain side.
She giggled.
"Big hhhhhhhhhhhhhhooooooole!" and spun, her arms raised and opened, miming big holes.
"Another one!" she clapped and mimed again.

"Wait! Wait! My turn, my turn!" she hastily said, grabbing Brother's arm and jumping on his shoulders with a laugh.
She spitted on the tip of her fingers which were joined together. Slowly she moved her hands and fingers apart, creating a web of spit between each of them. The wider the gap between her limbs, the bigger the web.
"I am going fishing!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
The web started shining. It was made out of water but the drops dripping out of it looked closer to acid than water.
Jumping to be now standing on Brother's shoulders, she shifted the web to her right hand.

Sister was about to attack the figure she could see in the distance when the presence seemed to appeared to their side. Brother had mentioned another one, but happy as she was she had not paid attention. But now she could feel it.
"Oh...this one is attacking too!"
Spinning several times up in the air to give velocity to her web she threw it in the direction of the attack, resulting in the meeting at high speed of the net and the mercury shoots. The sound of effervescence and water on hot coal accompanied a dark stinking smoke. When the smoke vanished, the net and the shoots had disappeared.

A pout came across her face as she 'landed' by Brother.
"You destroyed my net!" she shouted at the Dark Lord.
"You mean fish!" she added on the same tone.

"I don't like you! You are ugly!" she spitted in his direction.
She crossed her arms against her chest and stared at the snake hair dude with arrogance and annoyance.

His dark hair twirled within along the currents of the wind, moving like that of a flag upon a ship as the wind blew through his heavy locks with ease. The soldier clad in crimson armor stood firmly atop a mountain peak with no less than folded arms and a body as lifeless as the stone and earth in which he stood upon. Each peace of armor gleamed its red and golden hues as he looked at those who would appear to be before him. Not too far off he could recognize each individual as they were. With their power the could tear this very land apart, however.....the sides remain balanced. Knowing this he was to do nothing for the time being for these were the laws of the Red Guard. Laws in which he found some what agitating at times but one's he would come to follow regardless.

Granting a sigh his piercing red eyes burned through the darkness of his shrouded face. Looking them over one by one he would watch over them all in an odd fashion, not one of protection but rather seeking possible errors that need be corrected immediately or gradually. "So then...it begins" He said to himself.

Crooked halos rain from the sky. Forged through the essence of discord, they tear the fabric of this reality by existing. As fast as light, and as stale as the night, the unholy pulse of chaos reverberates within the atmosphere.

Is the angel taken off guard? Is this a surprise? Is he astounded by the sheer force of will the devilish creatures possess? What does he feel as he watches the ground crumble beneath his feet? What does he feel as his sword greets the disarray of so called light? What would any being in this realm feel? Fear? Anger? Righteous fury? How does an angel of the highest order respond the world folding around him?

He charges through.

He doesn’t have to feel anything. He needs only to act.

He parries through the thorny halo as the others devastate the land around him. Break through, move towards the source, and strike. He’s here to exact vengeance against the intruders. With the wind at his side, light guiding his path, he flies towards his targets.

They both need to be eliminated. They both need to be silenced. With each breath they draw, the realm around them is altered.

Suddenly the air picks up. There is no prior warning, everything just surges. What does he hope to do? What can wind do against an other worldly being, let alone two? Do they need to breathe? It’d be convenient if they did, then it’d be a simple manner of stopping the air from reaching their lungs, but no, it’s not like that at all. As stated before these creatures aren’t mortals of this plane. The winds shutter spastically, until finally converging around them.

Within that instant, the angel and the two demons clash in the center of the cyclone. Sharp blades, unseen though surely felt strike all but the angel within, but something’s off. Again, their presence works in opposition to this realm. The vortex weakens. The angel can’t contain them both. One escapes.

However, as for the other…

It meets the arch angel's light imbued blade.

Standing back after his attack proved only to counter the net, the Dark Lord shifts to watch as Neo made his move. He had missed one, and taking a precarious step back, the Dark Lord follows his unlikely ally into the skies, headed for the one that had escaped. He spins in mid air, stretching out his sword-arm and soon was nothing but a pointed black blur. His course changes to follow the one that had escaped. He aimed to pierce the child, giving it little time to react after the assault by the Holy Knights Leader.
Spinning faster, the black blur soon starts to spit out a red-ish silver liquid, burning and poisonous. Even if the twin managed to dodge him, the liquid would hit it and soak instantly into the skin. The burning hot liquid would scorch their child-like skin, and possibly poison them if they didn't take immediate action against this.

"Ohhh shinny! I like this one he is pretty!" Sister clapped her hand at the sight of Neo.
The vortex came dangerously close but she did not seem to mind. She smiled.

Brother escaped from the cyclone or was he pushed away.
"Brother...?!" she called and that was when she first tasted the pleasure of pain. Her eyes were wide with surprise as she looked up to the angel surrounded in light. His blade was in her shoulder, piercing her flesh.
"So...this is pain...?" she asked slowly before roaring forward, the blade getting deeper in her body until it emerged on her back. The blood running along her arm it taking the shape of a blade which surrounded her hand.
She threw herself at the angel who was still on the other side of his blade. The distance was short and soon, her delighted face took a dark tone when she noticed with pleasure that the blood she could smell was not only hers anymore. Slashing blindly forwards she was not able to see when she hit him, but she knew with delight that she did.

She burst out laughing.
"So pretty!!! Red and gold!"
She did not want to kill him yet...maybe she did not want to kill him at all. She just wanted to play and she loved her new toy.
With eyes widened by pleasure and pain combined, Sister linked her blood to the one of the angel. The two spilled bloods were now combined in a rope which attached Sister's arm to Neo's wounded part.

"You will be my doll!" she announced with a bright cheerful smile. "I wanted a pretty doll. You are so shinny!"
