Okay, my English teacher had us do it and it was so much fun.

It's working on word choice, choosing what words you use.

The object: write a six sentence paragraph without using the same word twice. Including 'a' and 'the', it's actually kind of hard. It can be about anything. I will post mine here now. And maybe do another sometime.

Small colorful balls bounced, up, down; first here, then there, through branches laden with bright flowers. Light they cast danced erratically, jumping from air, to tree, settling nowhere for longer than a heartbeat. Without warning, the pitter-patter of minuscule fairy feet stopped. Shadows convulsed, fleeing the blinding lightening flash that followed. Layce shuffled forward, head bowed, focusing on her white knuckles. Fingers clenched around bone handled knives, blade dripping black blood.
