This is where all the talks are held and where the Kazekage is most of the time. Working.
The offices are alike to most buildings in the village of the sand apart from it being considerably larger than most.
The Kazekage's actual office is a rather small room with peeling yellow wallpaper and a single wooden desk on which there are some papers and two bowls of something unidentifiable also on the table is a rather nice looking green plant, it looks like some kind of flower that's slowly growing, it's probably the most eye pleasing thing in the room. The floors are hard and wooden and there are three chairs in the room not including the Kazekage's own. The chairs are quite alike to the floor in that they are also hard and wooden with no cushions or anything for comfort. It's clearly a place for work rather than resting.

Sol strode into the lobby alone. He'd lost Sasoriza on the walk over here, but was confident she'd find her way here sooner or later. Walking up to the main desk, he tapped the end of his Dachi on the floor to gain the receptionist's attention. "I'm here to speak wth someone about a team assignment and a mission." His stance indicated slight amusement and a determined demeanor.

Instead of catching the attention of the receptionist he had accidentally caught the attention of Theta, a Jounin (or so Sol would've thought if he knew anything about her).
She walked out from the corridor she was in and towards Sol not making her presence known until she was right beside him, it was of course, so that she didn't have to raise her voice and make him feel uncomfortable as were her duties these days. Contrasting his rather violent show when he banged a Daichi on the floor, it should have given him a good idea if nothing else that the kind of behaviour he was displaying in the offices was not advisable.
"You want a mission?" She replied to his earlier statement, implying that she could, in fact give him a mission which would've been preposterous if he hadn't looked at the Kazekage's hat underneath her arm. Held snug and firm there for all to see.
Everything seemed to point to the fact that something important was going on and that Theta seemed to know an awful lot about it. Usually it was the Kazekage himself who would give missions, not some Jounin that just came along from nowhere.

He winced as the sound of his sword smacking the ground reverberated off the walls. Looking at the woman who addressed him, he noticed the Kage's hat, but didn't let on to the fact. "Yes, thaand I'd aso like to know what's happening with the village. We haven't heard much about the county's state, it's a little unnerving that no missions or teams have been assembled in a while." He moved his Dachi to his right shoulder again and stood with his legs slightly apart and his left hand in his pocket.

"Ah well. That's a long story." Theta said pausing a moment and facing the ceiling of the building, thinking about exactly how she was going to explain this to Sol, before facing him again and preparing to speak.
"The Kazekage. He's dead." She stated, quite bluntly not to Sol but rather at him. How would Sol respond to this was anybody's guess really but the four words she'd used seemed to sum up everything pretty nicely.
Theta lifted a hand to her face and put her index finger on top of her lip and considered what this meant, now that she had taken charge, hopefully he'd catch on to the fact instead of perhaps thinking something like 'You've killed him'.
Although Theta was doing a good job of pretending not to care about the Kazekage's death she was only able to keep face because she'd learnt about it so much earlier than Sol and so although it was crushing she had to keep a straight face for everyone around her. If she couldn't keep one as the new leader of the village then who would?

Sol looked in disbelief at Theta, then at the Kage hat under her arm again. "How...When...Who killed him?" His gripon the Dachi's hilt went from firm to slack to white-knuckled as emotions passed through him. For half a second, he almost thought the woman before him had killed the Kazekage, but pushed it from his mind. He wasn' going to draw his weapon on a fellow Sunagakure villager and shinobi. "Do. you. know. who. did. it?" His voice was carefully controlled as to not scream in anger and misery.

Sol's reaction was, natural, it was what you'd expect from him. Nothing more and nothing less. His own overwhelming emotion made it ever harder for Theta to keep her face blank but she remained the same apart from a small twitch on her lip.
"We don't know. All we know is it happened at the Kage's meeting. Whoever or whatever it is, it's dangerous. I'm considering ordering a quarantine on all the shinobi who came even close to there." She replied, now, it should have been obvious. Theta had been appointed Kazekage of the village and had already seriously begun considering what her role required. Of course, in these kinds of times you needed allies above else and the fact that her Ninja were already eager for missions helped. They'd probably be willing to do anything if they thought it was for the good of the village and although it was a mundane task she was going to send Sol on, it was still something highly important.

His mind flew over all of the possible persona who would be capable of this heinous act. "Would it be possible for me to join any taskforce you asemble to investigate the incident?" Sol reigned his emotions in and forced his voice to become calm and detached. Whoever killed the Kage would pay with thir lives, Sol would mak sure of it.

Sasoriza entered the building, breathless, and a smile lit her face as she saw Sol. But the smile quickly disappeared as she saw the serious face of the woman next to him and the carefully controlled look on Sol's face. "What did I miss?? What's going on?? What happened?!"

Sol looked at Sasoriza, his white eyes held rage and anger, but they were not directed at his friend. "The Kage is dead. Someone killed him and the other Kages." A single small tear slid from the corner of his left eye andran down his cheek. The news was greatly affecting him.

Sasoriza fell silent, too shocked to speak. Inside, she was roaring in anger and pain. Who would dare do such a thing?! "Why...? B-but how...? It can't....be possible...." She murmured, horrified. The controlled anger inside her seemed to simmer down as she turned to the woman, but the hatred in her eyes were still there. "Is there any clue to who did it?" Her voice was abnormally still, emotionless. That was a bad sign.

Theta nodded at the new arrival, confirming that Sol's news was indeed true and that she had taken notice of the new arrival. While Theta was able to keep her face unlike Sol she was finding it ever more difficult, as you would in the presence of a crying man.
"We don't know if it's someone." She quickly interjected into what Sol had said, regardless of how sad they both were they'd be much better off just being told straightforward exactly what had happened and exactly what could have happened.
"It could've been anything that killed him. A poisionous gas, a tailed beast or something else entirely. I haven't seen his corpse for myself yet but. We'll find out soon enough." She held a finger to her eye and wiped away a solitary tear before regaining her composure. She couldn't be responsible for making these Genin more depressed about the situation.

Wiping away the tear, he turned back to Theta. "When canwe see him? Is his...body, even here?" The thought that their leader was dead fell like bricks on the young Genin. Another line of thought dawned on him.
"How soon can a taskforce be formed to hunt down His killers?" Now that the situation was known to him, all Sol could think of was finding whoever was responsible. And making them pay.

Sasoriza felt her heart shatter into a million pieces. Ther Kage...Dead....What if....His body was so brutally damaged that- No. She wasn't even going to think about it. She hurried bowed. "Please..." She whispered. "Let me join this...I want to help find whoever is responsible." Her voice cracked a little, but it disappeared as soon as it came.

Wisteria was lead into the Administrative Offive by a kind Jounin guard. Rapping on the door softly she dismissed her guide and awaited to be seen by the reminants of the Sunagakure hierarchy. "Please, this is urgent! Answer the ******** door someone!" Wisteria knew that not every Village would have acted as swiftly as Iwagakure had in replacing their Kage but the council of Iwa had wanted to keep the Village Occupants from going into a frenzy and decided to cover up the entire mess for the time being. "When the time is right, they will all know but now is not the time." She had hoped that the steps she was taking now would be good enough preventative measures to protect her Village and keep them all safe for the time being. This series of rather unfortunate events was only going to get worse and eventually it would all come down to the strongest most prepared Village Alliance.
