James talked to Eula about how the article 5 amendment change will affect officers. The answer is Immediately. There will be no grandfather system, so anyone who has served for 4 or more semesters as an officer of any club may not hold a position. The second "new" requirement is that all officers must maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA and 6 units. With this stated according to the constitution and chien's resignation I believe there is only Jackie(ICC) and Shaun(Treasurer) left on the current board. With that Shaun would be the Interim President until an Election for presidency takes place at the first general meeting. After that it is up to the remainder of the board to fill in the vacancies for the remainder of the fiscal year. And then have an election for the following fiscal year.
