Realtionships: Shinobu’s half brother, sharing a father.
History: Shinobu's half brother. Their father favored Shinobu over Valentin, never hating his sister, he trained to one day be the best. After years of seclusion to train with weapons of his own design, he embarked to find his sister who was ranked as eighth. Little did he know he would have to enroll in her school as a 17 year old transfer student. Shinobu didn't know her own brother was even in her school but Valentin made it his job to protect his sister without directly interfering. After hearing his sister beg that she be killed, Valentin was hell bent on killing Travis, but when he over heard Travis say they would one day fight again, Valentin wanted to fight someone his sister couldn't beat to prove his own strength.
Weapon: gloves with dragon scale like metal on top and sharp retractable claws and metal boots, the metal boots are electrically charged with his battery pack attached to his ipod. His left glove uses a heating system for incredibly hot punches, blistering opponents. His right glove uses a rapid cooling system causing rapid frost bite. All the parts have hydrolics.
