Alice walked outside and headed to her dojo to train for upcoming battles. She pulled out one of her pokeballs. She chose her Espeon to train with. For a couple on hours, Alice and Psych (Espeon) started to meditate.

Time has gone by, Alice and Psych got done with a peaceful meditation. They were going to practice psychic moves when one of the workers over at the gym arrived.
"Excuse me, Miss Yukihoshi."
"Ah, Luke. Glad to see you here. Any news about the new trainers coming?"
"Not yet, miss."
"I see. Well, thanks you for coming out. Let me know if you find anything out."
"Yes, miss."
As soon as he said that, Luke left. Alice had a strange feeling. Something was going to happen soon. So she and Psych went back to training.

As Alice continued to train, she felt a weird pulse that made loose her train of thought. She then closed her eyes and saw a vision that she didn't want to see.
Vision: A mysterious enemy rises up with a strange power and took over the kanto region.
Alice then opened her eyes quickly. She began to gasp in shock. Then she got up and headed back to the house.
"What is it, Miss?"
"Luke, I need to get a hold of Professor Maple. NOW!"
Luke and Alice with Psych following behind them headed inside to the office to talk to Professor Maple.

After a long chat with the Professor, Alice went into her bedroom and started to pack her back. Luke stands in to doorway.
"So, how long are you going to be gone for?"
"I'm not sure, but I'm counting on you to keep an eye out on the city. I'm getting a weird feeling. Listen, if any trainers are looking to challenge me, tell them that I'm gone to a meeting in Lavendar Town and I'll be back in a few days. Got that?"
"Alright, Alice."
Luke went to to the coat rack and got Alice's purple jacket and gave it to her. Alice grabbed her jacket from Luke's hand and gave him a kiss on his cheek. Luke started to blush.
"See you in a few days, Luke."
Alice and Psych left the house to stop a new threat.
