Note: I am well aware (as I made the update myself) that the two new pokemon on serebii.net are in fact real. That's great. Really. Bottom line does not change.

This happens in the weeks and months preceding a new Pokemon generation. Fakes start flying around everywhere. I personally find it very entertaining, but also misleading.

But also with that in mind, I created this sticky. Until further notice, do not post about weak rumors, fake pokemon, etc anywhere else. Fun or not, lots of garbage floats around the internet on the subject when they begin to reveal the new pokemon, and lets use this sticky to dump all that stuff until it can be sorted through later.

With that in mind, Serebii.net has an interesting gallery on faked pokemon of previous generations. Why not check it out? Not that I'm encouraging you to try your own hand, by any means!

TarantizZz, I had updated that already before eight AM this morning because my excitement had me glued to serebii.net. You obviously didn't look--but that's okay I forgive you. mrgreen

That does not change the bottom line. There will be a ton of fakes swirling the internet in the near future. Let's keep all discussion of that to this sticky and nowhere else, for now.
