Race: Eli calls himself a “Reborn” mostly because he died at one point in his life but was reborn shortly after in the body he has now, he doesn’t talk about his past too often finding the matter unnerving and doesn’t talk too often about how he was brought back calling it “Luck”
Weapons: His pocket watch
Items: A pocket watch bound to his soul which he’s able to change into a few weapons (sword, spear and a long wooden rifle). However, because of an unnatural balance, it can go wrong, also a pair of reading glasses and a pouch of marbles.
Type of magic: Manipulation and water element
Abilities: He’s doesn’t like fighting with his hands due to the use of his magic and prefers magic over hand to hand combat, he alters forms and their use, be it mystical or normal and can manipulate water easily because of it’s basic structure, however due to his nature he tends to mess up frequently.
• Manipulation and conjuring of water ( Though he’s bad at conjuring it repeatedly)
• Able to manipulate recess energy (Energy lingering in the air)
• Healing (Manipulates the wound closing it, but large one’s take time and he can’t manipulate anything else while healing)
• Can reconfigure objects in his hand (He cannot change their basic element though, fire to water for example)
• He is able to manipulate other elements however they have to be in contact with him.
• Can channel energy into his Pet and alter her form
• He can manipulate the strength of his legs (However, he hates doing it)
• He’s able to trace and break down objects and magic (However it takes him about two minutes to do so and he has to close his eyes, depending on the extremity of the target, he might not be able to move either)
• Manipulating water to ice but he can’t change it back with his magic
