Ummm, hi. i'm not dead, but I don't think this guild is in the same conditions. Some post/shops set up are way old and dead. Maybe renewing the place, and cleaning out the dead bodies will livin things up? lol, just a suggestion.

I know, i feel bad about that. like i've stated before, i dont have the ways to get online like i used to so i cant be here as often. I did recruit some mods that seemed to be regulars to try and help run this guild in my abscence but it doesnt seem to be doing much to keep this place alive sad
but tax returns are coming up soon and Imma try to get a new lappy so I can keep uo with this guild. I'm just broke as a joke right now.
but thank you guys for remembering this place and trying your best to keep it alive. it means alot to me.

I think the problem is that there's a fear that even if we clear out the "bodies" and make the place look brand-new, people still might not come back despite our efforts. This has happened to me like, a billiontrillion times with my guilds- so I just give up after a while. Or maybe it's just laziness? Hm..
Anyway, it would be awesome if we could revive this guild. I want to show off my 1337 drawing skillz with my new scanner&tablet lulz and make an art shop, damn it! ; u ; [either too chicken or too lazy to just go to forums..] I've improved a lot since I joined this guild~ [when I was like 10.. sweatdrop ]

I'd hate to say it, but I think the reason may be a bit 'cool'er than laziness. I.e., all those 'twitter', 'myspace', 'facebook', and whatever else it is that these hip-and-happening kids are using these days. I wouldn't know, though, for I am a shut-in nerd that never leaves my parent's basement. xd [not really....]
But yes, laziness also has a thing to do with it--that and our real lives. We could probably clean up some of the topics that haven't been updated since the conception of this forum, but keep others alive, say, the artist pages.
We need to revamp this site to make it cool again [that and find people who would bother to come here.]

I second the motion for operation "Clean-up, Snazz-up."
lol
I'll off some of my hardcore skills to assist. lol
I would probably go through and message all the members who aren't active at the moment and see if they even exist anymore. : P
And then, for those who don't, delete their shops, and clean out forums an such. Start some new contests, advertise them in Chatterbox and the Art Discussion forums and such.
Make some awesome classy posters and banners.
I've been learning some new CS4 programs like Illustrator and InDesign that make things look AWESOME.
It'll be fun. : )

i did try to attempt to message every guild memeber here (that was before the guild announcements were available. it took forever sweatdrop )
And I did lock some inactive shops, but the artists came back and were upset that I had locked their shops.
I give you guys full reign to advertise and hold as many contests as youd like, but please dont delete anything just in case.
and I'll try to look into how we can connect this guild to things like twitter, myspace, etc. I just dont want to spread ourselves too thin bc I'm having trouble checking this one site as it is lol.

Also, I dont want to delete any members. The idea is not to boot them because they havent been visiting but to get them interested in coming back and posting. I think thats what will really kick this guild into a busy boom. So if you guys docome up with ads and contests and stuff, just send me a pm of what you want it to say and I'll send a guild announcement to everyone.

Yay!~ Team clean-up-and-re-vamp-this-guild FTW!
I could definitely make a contest, or contribute to the prizes~ I play a lot of Booty Grab these days and don't have anything to do with the gold, so.
Hm.. I could try to make a banner, but I can't guarantee anything.. My attention span is small. Dx
