Federation Runist Headquarters - The headquarters is actually a giant space station close to the Feruka system. It originally started on Feruka but recently the station was completed and the HQ was moved off planet. This is where the council and grand master of the Federation Runists reside. Some call this the unofficial capital of the Federation due to the influence the runists have on the government. A Grand Master Runist is just one step under the Leader of the Federation.
